Tesla Memphis

My recent service experience was a very nice one. Made an appointment to have a chip in my windshield fixed. Made the appointment via the app, but had some questions, which were answered professionally and expeditiously by Daniel via the app. On drop off day, followed the app instructions and checked in with Diana, who was very friendly and helpful. Was kept informed of progress throughout the day. Had the car back earlier than advised and the repair was very well done. This was just my experience, but it was a very positive one.

Took delivery from them recently, excellent service all around! Car was fully charged, clean, and ready an hour before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone there was courteous and very helpful, would highly recommend!

Great car. Poor service center. 8AM appointment but doors didn’t open until 8:20. Could see them back there in a meeting. A “fix” on one issue lasted one day. Then I was Charged for an issue maintenance could not duplicate while under warranty. After I asked to be consulted with prior to charging me. No manager to speak with (they were on vacation and apparently didn’t delicate authority to anyone). Sorry. No way to get your car unless you pay now. Nothing we can do. So sorry. Go elsewhere if you can.

Fantastic dealership! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were also super accommodating to my work schedule, helping me to secure a pickup. They were also super quick to answer any questions I had and were very patient. If you’re considering a Tesla, definitely swing by; you won’t regret it. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned! Mr. Lance and Ms. Ruby were especially kind and helpful with me throughout the process! 100% recommend trying a Tesla — you won’t regret it!

Bought my car on November 16th, 2025, and today March 6th, 2026, I have yet to receive my plate or registration! I am on my second temp tag with 9 days left before expiration. I have called again with no answer at the dealership but spoken with many other people across the world as well as Ai with no resolve. I love the car but for this reason I may never own another one!! If I do decide to purchase another it will not be at this location!!!
