He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our Tesla was repaired correctly the first time while also getting it back to us as quickly as possible. What impressed us most was Carter’s communication. He kept us informed every step of the way with timely updates, clear explanations, and realistic expectations. We never had to wonder what was happening because he was always proactive and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. It’s obvious that Carter takes tremendous pride in his work, and it reflects positively on the entire Tesla Boise team. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that was seamless, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable. This was, without question, the best vehicle service experience we’ve ever had. Fantastic experience test driving a few vehicles. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The latest self-driving features on their vehicles are truly remarkable. I was reluctant to try it, but I’m so glad that I did.

EZ, calm, no pressure, informative experience with Liberty, Angela and Ethan. Of course, a Tesla showroom is a complete 180 from your "traditional" car store. The buying process is also a different, sometimes surreal experience. But, all good. Would happily go thru the Tesla experience again... Thank you everyone!

We recently began exploring electric vehicles. Our only experience with a Tesla has been through Uber. They are indeed impressive automobiles. However, this review is specifically for Eathan and the other staff members who were assisting other clients. The absence of haggling and sales pressure truly allows a representative's potential to shine. Eathan was absolutely the ideal person for us as newcomers. He is, without a doubt, the perfect subject matter expert to consult when considering Teslas.

Super nice crew! The test drive was very smooth and the team was very patient with people who have not experienced Tesla. The ordering and picking up was very easy as well! 5 star experience for sure!
