I never give 1 star reviews just look at all of my reviews but after this being the second time of having issues with my Tesla which I love & I am a super fan. Here is what happens 1- Alex Valdez - 10/10 but he has to follow the poor after sales customer service warranty of Tesla 1- At 15k miles my steering wheel bubbled up from a factory bad design that is in all forums they choose to cover or not even though is a know bad material. 2- I had the steering covered by a professional and paid $400 out of pocket as I was not going to put another Tesla wheel on to risk same issue. 3- The front cameras in these cars mine being a Dec 23 model with only 30k miles mint condition. Condensation or fog is developed in these and these cameras are seal so no way to get them dirty but touching y them so a BAD DESIGN. Well they want to charge me $60 while car is under warranty something that takes 5 min& a know fact. Andre’s the Service manager very nice listened to my story and was pleasantly unhelpful just a great guy great smile no results. It’s not the $60 or the $400 for steering wheel but the fact that it’s wrong and unfortunately as I told Andres and Alex both this is why Tesla get a bad grade in service in the market. As I told them put your self in my shoes it’s not the $ but the principle of feeling taken advantage of. What a product very poor warranty follow up in honoring flaws in design. In our business service is 2nd to any the best in any industry as we use common sense we never cover abuse but always common sense this gets you loyal word of mouth marketing. These type of decisions in poor service directly affect buyers decisions when making a purchase and detrimental to Tesla sales.

Went to pick up my brand new Cybertruck at the Miami Gardens Tesla location on 7/30/26. Appointment was at 12 PM. I received the “ready for express pickup” text at 1:03 PM and entered the vehicle at 1:14 PM. Within five minutes the screen showed a climate system failure alert: “Cabin climate control system requires service – Cabin heating / cooling limited or unavailable.” The cabin was 136°F and the A/C would not turn on. Tesla staff confirmed it was not normal, said they needed to run diagnostics, and I could not take the truck home. They gave me a loaner instead. This was a brand-new vehicle delivered with a major climate system fault already active. The experience cost me half a day of work, an Uber, a canceled weekend trip to Orlando that was planned around the truck, and the disappointment of having to break a surprise for my 5-year-old son. Extremely frustrating delivery experience for a vehicle that was supposed to be ready.

My experience with this service center has historically been good, but I’m unsure what has changed. I made a simple request over the mobile app over a month ago and gave all the necessary information so that I can order part to pick up over-the-counter as they do provide this type of service, which I’ve done before. I was given an initial delivery date, which upon the arrival of that day was told unfortunately the part is not gonna be here and there’s a new delivery date to be expected, fine. The next delivery date arrives and the same thing I figure there must be some issue with shipment and it’s a one off situation. I’m now being told for a third time that the part is not in stock and not only that they are now directing me to buy it from an alternative place, which I would have happily done so if I was told this from the beginning. I’m honestly mind blown at the level of incompetence going on with this service center and will never do business there again.

I was hesitant at first to move from gas to electric but after my visit I was convinced. Highly encourage you to come to this location and speak to Marlon. He was super helpful and attentive to my questions. The whole process was easy and efficient. Traded my car in and got my Tessie in less than hour.

I have never been to a more friendly and professional service center for any car that I've ever owned in the past 42 years of my life. Mike at the front desk in service, makes you feel like the car you bought is the most important thing to them. Every little detail and a concern has an honest answer instead of just trying to go after the dollar. Thanks again to the greatest service center ever. And God Bless Elon......
