STAY AWAY from this place!!! Go to Springfield MA instead, we had front suspension work done here on Model 3, the alignment wasn't done properly it destroyed brand new tires in 3 months the front left tire blew out thank God it didn't happened on the highway. Had to pay out of packet for 2nd alignment they didn't wanted to take any responsibility for the destroyed tires. They butchered the 2nd alignment, the car started pulling to the right as soonest we left the dealer lot. We left the car over the night after waiting for 4 hours for 3rd alignment. NEVER AGAIN!

Feedback Regarding Milford Tesla Service Center First and foremost, I’d like to say that Tesla products are second to none. I currently own two brand new 2026 Tesla vehicles. A Model Y and a Cybertruck, as well as a Powerwall 3 energy product. I am also a Tesla shareholder because I genuinely believe in the company’s mission, technology, and products. With that said, my experience with the Milford, Connecticut Service Center has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled a service appointment for my Cybertruck four weeks in advance. At the time I made the appointment, I clearly explained that I would need a loaner vehicle if the service required keeping my truck for more than one day, as I commute from over an hour away. Over the following four weeks, I proactively followed up with the service department several times including 48 hours and 24 hours before my appointment, exactly as I was instructed to do. The day before my appointment, the Milford Service Manager, Chris, advised me that while a loaner could not be guaranteed, it was “more likely than not” that one would be available the following morning. On the day of my appointment, I contacted the service department again as instructed. A Milford Service Advisor name Gregory called me and informed me that a Model S, Model 3, and Model Y had all been available that morning but had already been assigned to other customers because loaner vehicles are distributed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. I asked a simple question: if Tesla knew I had scheduled my appointment four weeks earlier, knew I was traveling more than an hour for service, and knew I had repeatedly requested a loaner, why wasn’t I ever informed that loaners were issued strictly on a first-come, first-served basis? Had I known that policy, I would have scheduled the earliest appointment available or selected another date that gave me a realistic opportunity to obtain a loaner vehicle. I then spoke with Chris, who reiterated that he didn’t care how many Tesla vehicles I owned and that loaner vehicles are issued strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. He further explained that if walk-in customers arrived with emergency issues such as water intrusion into their battery packs following the recent flooding in Connecticut and they would be prioritized over my appointment because my visit was considered “routine.” To be clear, I completely understand prioritizing emergency repairs. My frustration is not with that decision. My frustration is with the complete lack of communication and customer service leading up to my appointment. Had I simply been informed of the loaner policy from the beginning, I could have adjusted my appointment accordingly instead of driving over an hour with the expectation that a loaner would likely be available based on what I had been told. As someone who has made a significant investment in the Tesla brand, not only through multiple vehicles, home energy products, and stock ownership, I expected a much higher level of communication and customer care. I sincerely hope this experience is unique to the Milford Service Center and not representative of Tesla’s service network as a whole, because the quality of the products deserves a customer service experience that matches.

The Milford Tesla service team is great! They responded quickly to any questions during set, answered the phone in a timely manner, and helped me with the foam separating in my tire. Thank you guys for the quick turnaround!

Service was great! Had a repair done at another service center improperly. They squeezed me in the schedule, fixed it in under 30 minutes, did an incredible job. Good team!

After two years, our 2022 Tesla M3 needed the low-voltage battery replaced. Called Tesla Service in Milford, CT and spoke with Gregory who was very helpful. Even though the first available appointment was about 10 days out, he checked the schedule and was able to squeeze me in the same day I called, which was fabulous. Brought the car in and waited less than 40 minutes while they changed the battery. Total cost was $178.88 (less than I expected from a dealer). This first experience with Tesla Service totally made my day! I would highly recommend the Milford, CT Service Center.
