I’ve always been proud that Tesla Eden Prairie is one of the legacy Tesla stores, and the team there truly lives up to that reputation. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the brand and the technology behind it. What stood out most was the no-pressure environment — they’re there to educate and help, not push a sale. Every question was answered thoughtfully, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys what they do. Of course, the cars speak for themselves — absolutely beautiful — but the people and the experience are what really elevate this location. The showroom is welcoming, the process is smooth, and the entire visit feels modern and customer-focused. If you’re curious about Tesla or ready to make the leap to EV, this is a fantastic place to start. The Eden Prairie team does an outstanding job representing the brand.

Under staffed may be a stretch, but they can definitely use more staff, when busy it's hard to get a hold of anyone. However the ones that are out there are outstanding. Coming to the location, it may be one of the bad choices they made, I have been to Tesla stores in IL, CA, WA and this is by far the saddest one of all. Its hard to find a reason for the choice of location and there a huge number of great options in 2 mile radius if they wanted to be in suburbs. As this is the only location in the all of MN, ND, SD, NE, WI, IA they could definitely do better.

Love these guys! Elisa, our delivery assistant, was the best! We purchased a model 3 this past weekend and couldn't be happier with the car! As for the non traditional way of purchasing a car online and delivering method, it was nice to avoid all of the regular dealership BS and get straight to picking up our car. Everyone here is so gracious, kind, and so informative. There is just great Vibes in this place. We had a small hiccup with our paperwork, but our delivery assistant went out of her way to make it up to us, couldn't be happier! We even did our trade-in online and got a really good trade in price for our used pickup. So if you are on the fence about buying a Tesla, I can highly recommend, so go buy one already!
