My experience was disappointing due to poor communication. They scheduled a test drive but failed to clearly advise me that I needed the physical copy of my driver’s license. I had recently renewed mine and was still waiting for it to arrive in the mail, so I was unable to complete the test drive. I respect their verification policy, but it should have been explained before the appointment was confirmed. A simple reminder would have prevented a wasted trip. Better communication and professionalism are needed.

Terrible experience. I've been trying to get my car fixed for the past three months, but my appointment keeps getting rescheduled at the last minute. Every time I ask why, I'm told the service center is at full capacity. If that's the case, don't make appointment slots available in the first place. People have jobs, responsibilities, and schedules to manage—we don't have time to keep rearranging our lives because of poor scheduling.

Absolutely amazing 😍 experience! Talk about safety, quality and assurance... The Teslas are number one in the market for safety, providing a built in dash cam. My concierge Ali was absolute phenomenal. It's so funny because I described the self-driving with her as the modern day "trust fall". The model pulled in front of an officer sooooo smoothely. Not creating any red flags and left so much distance that I jokingly said "private escort following behind" and starting singing the bad boys theme song from the TV show "cops". Absolutely looking into a 2021 that's under $30k. Has stunning interior and only 54k miles! Brilliant atmosphere, by far the best cold brew coffee I've ever had, all complimentary. I started looking to purchase a Tesla vehicle back in June of this year 2025, so.I went to Tesla in Richmond, very close to my home. Jeff S. who was in the showroom/ sales floor immediately came to me to help me out. Let me start by saying that Jeff really knows what he is doing, he walked me every step of the way in purchasing my new Tesla, since it is a totally new and different experience from going to a regular new car dealership. Anyway, I believe I test drove various Tesla Model 3 vehicles, at least 4 times before I decided to purchase it and Jeff was super helpful and patient all the time with me asking him like a million questions about this EV. This was my first purchase of an EV, but with Jeff helping me out every step of the way, he made it such a breeze. I ended up purchasing it towards the end of June, meanwhile I had temp license paper plates twice. I had to call Tesla because the second paper plates were about to expire on 8/26 and spoke with Jeff and he quickly stepped up to the task and ordered me another set of temp plate and reassured me the permanent license plates would arrive in a few days. My family and I highly recommend Jeff S., he is a very professional and knowledgeable + super patient sales associates. Thank you Jeff S.!
