Tesla Motors Little Rock

I had a really stupid issue with my car yesterday that was user error that the tech came all the way to my house to resolve. I hated being that guy but regardless the tech who I think his name was Jacob was an awesome dude. First time using this service center and it’s light years better than going to Memphis. These guys are legit!

I had an excellent experience at this location. While I was out of state on a road trip, I ran into an issue with the wiper on my Cybertruck. The team took care of it the same day, in under 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional, making what could have been a stressful situation quick and hassle-free. I truly appreciated the prompt service and great attitude.

I have had good experiences in the past but this time was not. My white interior was pretty trashed after the roof glass on my Tesla was replaced. The tech who worked on it didn’t apologize and did a sad job cleaning it after I asked for it to be cleaned. The management and advisor team was great though they apologized and are working to make it right. They didn’t want to accept responsibility for the torn seat though even though I have before pictures that show no tear.

If you’re not driving a Tesla…you’re making a mistake…and these service centers are big part of that. Along with the fantastic superchargers, and everything else. Seriously, turn in what you’re driving right now, and stop being silly.

Extremely welcoming and friendly team! The waiting area is also very comfortable and clean. Definitely happy to have a nearby service center for my model Y.
