Outstanding service from Tesla Service Naperville! My Model Y unexpectedly experienced a high-voltage system issue and had to be towed to the service center. From the very beginning, Michael and the entire team took excellent care of everything. They quickly diagnosed the problem, kept me informed throughout the repair, provided me with a complimentary loaner vehicle, completed the repair under warranty, and made the entire experience incredibly easy. Every person I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had with any dealership or service center. A special thank you to Michael for his excellent communication and customer care. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. I recently purchased a used 2022 Model Y and the experience was honestly seamless. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes which is definitely a record. The facility is very clean and looks very modern. There is a nice parts department and the staff are very friendly. I spoke with the Mechanical manager for a while on cars we've owned. It felt like talking to an old friend. (Sorry don't' recall his name) I also had a wonderful experience with the Maggie Bobek the General Sales Manager. I did have one small issue at first where there was a misunderstanding of a feature I thought my car had. It seemed like an honest mistake on both of our ends; but in the end she rectified the situation to leave a positive impression on my end. Thank you so much Maggie for your professionalism, kindness and patience to listen to my concerns and immediately addressing them. Tesla is lucky to have you at the sales helm. I'm loving my Telsa :)
