Tesla Naples

I have never been a Tesla fan but my husband was interested in the Cyber truck. Booked a 1 hour test drive a few weeks back. They double booked us and said we would have to wait 20-30 mins. We left. Came back today (Easter). Booked the 1 hour test drive online. Waited outside. No one there. Why would you allow online bookings if you are closed? Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Asian man working there (the first time we went) was also condescending and rude. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all.

Extremely disappointed with the negligent service at this Tesla center. They damaged my vehicle and then gave me the runaround, insisting everything was fine. They also falsely claimed to have performed a test drive when one was needed on one of my previous visits. As a huge Tesla supporter and shareholder, this experience is very disheartening. I’ll be taking all future service needs to the Ft. Myers center instead! While I was waiting in the line because the place is so understaffed I overheard an advisor inform a man that his Model X couldn’t be serviced because a shortage of technicians at this center. Only go here if it’s your last resort, save yourself the headache.

Brought car in for windshield repair. They kept vehicle for 4 days and returned to me with a ding on hood. Service tech Nick & Service Assistant Manager, Will, lied and said it was damaged when I dropped it off. They showed me photos that were not dated or time stamped of the damage prior to their repair, but the vehicle was in their possession more than 4 days and their photo could have been from anytime. I sent photos of the vehicle at time of drop off in their service center depicting No Damage (see photos attached). If you're going to use Naples, please take photos at time of drop off and get it in writing! They refuse to look at my photos which clearly show no damage and are dated & time stamped. As a loyal Tesla owner & customer this is extremely frustrating, but I want others to be careful. This is so trivial, yet they've decided that doing the right thing was not in their best interest. Will refused to look at my photos and his Manager, Davie has not responded to my email.

We recently picked up a 2026 Tesla Model Y and had a couple of small cosmetic issues that the service team took care of right away. Honestly, the whole experience has been excellent. Nick and Kurt were awesome,super clear in explaining everything, got me in and out quickly, and made sure I felt taken care of. Today I also met the service manager, Will, and he couldn’t have been nicer. Coming from years of being a Toyota and Lexus service customer, I can honestly say the Tesla service at the Naples Radio Road location has been outstanding.

If you're going in for service, head to the right side of the building to the Service door. It opens automatically and you drop off your car inside to the specialist. There is a customer lounge with free wifi, water and coffee where you can wait but it is super cold inside so don't forget your jacket. Overall, perfect service as expected from Tesla.
