Tesla Nashville

Just bought a used Plaid from Tesla. Was a little annoyed originally because Tesla increased the price slightly when I was in the middle of putting a down payment on it. Picked it up and heard a noise from the front tire. I brought it right back. Tesla service fixed the problem and put 4 brand new tires on the car for my troubles. What service department does that?!?! Tesla. I’m hooked. Forever will have my business.

The customer service of this dealership is HORRIBLE. If you are buying a car, try to get a personal phone number for any kind of contact because you will not be able to get in touch with them after the deal is done. I dropped off my car, forgetting a parking placard. I needed that placard back so I called them. I was told they would call me back. 2 weeks, and over a dozen calls in, which lead directly to Tesla service instead of the dealership later, and I still have not been able to get in touch with a single soul. I’ve been told by customer service that 3 tickets have been opened, 2 teams messages directly sent to the manager, and a few times that “they’d call me back by the end of the day”.

So my experience with Tesla Nashville is a bit of a two-parter. It starts with the GREAT Tesla mobile service that definitely saved the day by getting my family and I back on the road as quickly as possible as we traveled thru Tennessee to Maryland. We had a flat that couldn't be repaired and thus were stuck in Lebanon Tennessee overnight and it was looking like we were staying another night until Tesla mobile service came thru and got us going. That's part 1. The 2nd part is the crew at Tesla Nashville service getting us in on hella short notice and getting us back on the road as we still had 12 hours of driving ahead of us. First time using roadside assistance from Tesla and and honestly I feel pretty confident that if I have another issue Tesla roadside would come thru. However to focus on just Tesla Nashville on behave of my family and I I'd like to say Thank You. You all are a great example of Tesla doing great work. Cheers!

Came in excited to test drive a Cybertruck and seriously evaluate ownership, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First, there was a significant wait. When I finally got to the vehicle, the handoff felt rushed. I was essentially handed the key and told to drive without much walkthrough or preparation. When I got to the Cybertruck, there were still people inside the vehicle. The vehicle itself also was not in a condition I would expect for a demo experience. The most concerning part was discovering an alcohol bottle left in the back seat before even beginning the drive. At that point, I made the decision not to proceed. I brought it to the team’s attention. One employee seemed genuinely concerned, came outside, and documented it, which I appreciated. However, the seriousness of the situation afterward felt downplayed, with the explanation being that there are a lot of drivers using the vehicles. handing a demo vehicle to a customer with an alcohol bottle left inside is a serious oversight. Combined with the wait time, vehicle presentation, and overall process, it created a very poor first impression. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

Amazing place, the place I went to in Georgia for years was terrible compared to this place. They got me in right on time. The tech came out and updated me multiple times while I was waiting and they fixed my wind noise problem on my model three that the other dealership could never fix A+.
