Tesla Natick Mall

Had a really great experience this week with Leon at Tesla. This was my first time even sitting in a Tesla, and while I was really excited to test drive one with self driving, I was also definitely nervous going into it. Leon made me feel comfortable right away. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, showed me all the features, and came on the first part of the drive with me so I could get used to everything. He was super personable and easy to talk to, and also really kind and cool with my teenage son who came with me. What I appreciated most was that there was zero pressure and none of the typical gross car salesman feeling. He just wanted me to feel comfortable and have a good experience. The car sells itself. I don’t think I can make the budget work for a Tesla quite yet, but I’m planning to purchase a Model Y by the end of the year, and I’ll definitely be back. Really appreciated the whole experience. One day we were walking through the mall, just dreaming about owning a Tesla. We stopped by the Tesla store just to peek, and that’s when we met Favio. He struck up a casual chat with us and said something like: “There is a Model Y coming soon if you want to try it”. Less than one month later, we were buying our 2026 Model Y. From the moment we stepped back in to look at the car, to seeing it in person and finalizing the purchase, Favio was incredible. We also received some help from Matin and the store manager with demo and financing. Everyone was awesome! Thanks to the team and specifically Favio, what once felt like dream is now sitting in our driveway, and we couldn’t be happier.
