I had an 8:15 a.m. appointment and arrived on time only to find a long line of cars already waiting for service. After waiting in that line, I was told to go inside. Once inside, I was instructed to wait again. I sat there for over an hour with zero updates, nothing in the Tesla app and no one from the service team coming over to provide any status. I eventually checked the camera and saw that my truck had already been parked in the lot, yet no one communicated that to me. I simply continued waiting with no information. I’ve owned more than 30 vehicles over the years, and no dealership has ever treated a customer this poorly, especially not for a vehicle in this price range. The complete lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I currently have a Model YL on order. After this experience, I’m canceling it. Tesla can keep the $250 deposit. The aggravation simply isn’t worth it.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Sr. Advisor Thomas. During a particularly difficult time in my life, Thomas went above and beyond — not just as an advisor, but as someone who genuinely cared about making things easier for me. He was patient, honest, accommodating, and always showed up with a solution when I needed one most.Tesla should consider themselves fortunate to have someone like Thomas representing their brand. His level of service is a rare thing, and it has had a real impact. In fact, I'm now in the process of purchasing my second Tesla — and I can honestly say that the care and professionalism Thomas consistently demonstrated played a meaningful role in that decision. Thomas, if you ever read this: you may not realize how much of a difference you make simply by showing up the way you do. Never lazy. Never impatient. Never dishonest. Never dismissive. I had a flat tire today and was towed to the Tesla Service Center in North Hollywood. Erick assisted me, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Despite how busy the service center was, Erick was extremely patient, professional, and attentive. He helped replace my tire and even took care of my upcoming maintenance—all within about two hours. What really stood out was his communication. He checked in with me multiple times while I was waiting in the lobby, keeping me updated throughout the process. His warm attitude and positive energy made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s experiences like this that make a big difference. Erick is a true asset to Tesla, and he absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

I recently brought my Tesla here for issues with the tires and rims, and worked with Service Advisor Eddie. From start to finish, he was outstanding. He listened carefully, explained the options, and helped me choose the best one for my situation. Eddie kept in constant communication during the repair, was super time-efficient, and also situated a loaner Tesla while my car was in service. What stood out the most was how genuinely friendly and respectful he was. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any service. If you go for service here, always and only ask for Eddie.

Highly recommend the team here. I came in with a window issue on my Model 3 where the glass was striking the trim. They diagnosed the faulty puddle light immediately and had the part swapped and the window recalibrated in under 20 minutes. Professional, fast, and straightforward service.
