Tesla Northbrook

We had exceptional service today to get new tires at the Tesla Northbrook branch. The worker was so friendly and super understanding of our situation - especially after a bad service at a different tire store (not Tesla). The worker was very happy to help and we felt very comfortable being there as he was able to talk us through different options. I believe the worker’s name was Oscar, but not 100% sure about the spelling. Amazing service and an experience, we would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a Model X and unfortunately had a very difficult experience with the overall delivery process. My vehicle was delayed for nearly 80 days, and during that time I had to resubmit all of my paperwork three separate times. I also had to redo my trade‑in multiple times, and although I originally received an acceptable valuation, the offer expired just three days before delivery. The new offer came back $6,000 lower, which was extremely frustrating after such a long wait. I spoke with the manager, who was genuinely kind, professional, and tried hard to help. Even though the situation was largely out of the dealership’s control, he did everything he could and was only able to get the offer adjusted by $500. While the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for, I appreciated the effort and transparency. I also want to call out Ahmed, who handled my in person pickup. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He processed all of my paperwork, helped correct a few errors on my end, and did it all with patience and a smile. He truly looked out for me and made the final part of the experience as smooth as possible. He’s someone with a bright future ahead of him. Overall, while the process itself was rough, the customer service from the manager and from Ahmed was excellent, and they deserve recognition for how they handled a difficult situation. really appreciated the service.

Excellent service at Tesla Northbrook. My Advisor Roger and the Service Manager Joshua were incredibly helpful and made sure every detail of my repair was handled professionally. A+ experience, I cannot say enough!

Yesterday I went to the dealership for a repair of a front sensor of my vehicle. I made a dumb mistake and had scheduled the appointment for the following week. Johnny was the service representative that helped me. He was very accommodating, kind, and communicative. Even though I was willing to wait until the following appointment he spoke to a manager and was able to get me in. I really appreciated their flexibility. I highly recommend this location. Visited Tesla Northbrook for a service appointment and Mr Roger Ochoa did a great job from start to finish. He was thorough and answered all my questions. The waiting area was nice and had a conference room so people can work in peace. Would definitely bring my car here again!
