To the sweet young lady and the Tesla folks there who helped us — I didn’t catch her name — I want to say THANK YOU for helping us make it to our niece’s graduation by loaning us a vehicle with better range!! You have no idea how grateful we are!!! We are blown away by this gesture. Customer service was 1000/100 — please go see them!! This was our first visit to this location [we are from out of state, TX], and we will definitely come back whenever we need anything in the OKC area!!

My husband and I Went to look at future cars for me and the service was great very helpful and not stuck up like other places we have seen and been to they definitely have promising costumers that in the future! Can’t remember her name but she had black hair we will definitely try to remember her name for next time she helped us a lot

Telsa offers a very different car buying experience. One I actually appreciate and predict will become common place industry wide at some point in the future. Recently, I visited the OKC "Gallery" to test drive and eventually purchase a 2026 Tesla Model Y. It started out great. The staff was inviting, excited to show their product, and made it easy. I left the dealership feeling knowledgeable, like my questions were answered, and as though Tesla is onto a refreshing, contemporary approach to car sales. After placing my order, it wasn't long until I learned that every detail I was told was in fact, a lie. I was told the vehicle would be ready and could be picked up the following day, so I sold my daily driver - lie. Instead, it would not become available for a few weeks, so I was forced to get a rental car for that entire time. I was NEVER told that I would have to drive 5 hours to Kansas City, MO to pick up the car since I was using Tesla Financing (this is a huge potential deal(breaker) for ANY buyer, especially if they don't have a car or a reliable means of transportation). I'm appalled how this is not a starting point for any purchase conversation. The saleswoman used profanity multiple times during the test drive. Gap insurance and other coverages were never offered and when I inquired, it seemed like I was asking a foreign question. I had to call multiple times to try and get facts straight and honestly, I lost total trust in the Tesla "Gallery," which is a shame given my excitement leaving the store that day. I will admit, if it wasn't for my pure joy and love for the vehicle, I would have cancelled the deal and gone elsewhere. I highly recommend you train your staff on professionalism, truth, instill some morals, and DO NOT misguide your customers. Customers keep the lights on. On the total flip side, the pickup in MISSOURI was simple and streamlined and brought me back to reality. So, here I am. Sitting in my new Tesla, loving it. Do better, Tesla.

Dalon and Toni at the Tesla dealership in OKC were outstanding to work with. They went above and beyond by helping me during a snow day and making sure my vehicle was taken care of the very next day during a second appointment for my other car. They were gracious enough to fit my Cybertruck into the schedule so I wouldn’t have to make yet another trip back, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of courtesy and consideration doesn’t go unnoticed. On top of that, they were extremely patient while I’m still learning the Tesla app and took the time to give me their full, undivided attention when I came in. No rushing, no pressure — just great service. Super impressed and very satisfied. Dalon and Toni made the whole experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’d love to have people like this in my own work center. Highly recommend working with them if you’re visiting the OKC Tesla location.

From start to finish, Pagan made the entire experience enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, patient with all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. I felt like Pagan genuinely cares about the customer experience. She made the trade in process so quick& easy too. If you’re buying a Tesla, I highly recommend asking for Pagan.
