Tesla Orland Park

Service counter staff was very friendly but the actual servicing of my vehicle was brutal. Took much longer than expected for a simple repair, and it's still not right. I requested a manager call me, it's been almost a week and that still hasn't happened. I really like the vehicle but the servicing of it has been an eye opener.

This is the worst service center I have seen - strongly advise not coming to here if you want your car worked on and warranty respected go to any other service center. Brought my car in that is barely over a year old after having an appointment that was made 2 weeks in advance. My car was making a clicking noise when driving at low speeds which most likely is the control arm. The day before I bring my car in at 6 PM (service contact closes at 5pm btw) I get notified by Emmanuel that it is actually going to take 3 days to resolve the issue. Emmanuel offered me the wonderful advice of rescheduling with the next appointment being 2 weeks from then. Now at 6pm I am phoning a friend to drive 50 miles to drop me off. After I am dropped off I ask about Uber credits or a loaner so I can return home and be able to drive to work. I am notified they are going to look at the car first - most likely so they don't have to cash out on credits or give a loaner. After looking at the car they notify me my axles need to be greased. For some reason despite NOT being anything I could have done to hinder I had to pay as this was somehow common maintenance for a car despite me never having experienced with issue with a handful of other Teslas? After 6 hours the car was marked as done. They then acted like they did me a favor by lowering the cost from 260 to 200 for something a warranty should have covered.

We had such an amazing experience at Tesla, largely thanks to Sonny. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even helped us work through some technical difficulties when reserving the vehicle. What really stood out was his dedication—he stayed past closing to make sure everything was completed and we were taken care of. He also made the experience feel very comfortable and relaxed, offering us snacks and drinks and never once making it feel like a typical “salesy” dealership interaction. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend working with Sonny!

I stepped into test drive with Sonny , And he was so kind and efficient we went for a test drive very smooth. It was a self drive test drive which was amazing.
