Tesla Orlando

We were interested in buying a Tesla and live near Daytona. The local dealership was just OK. I felt the salespeople were fine. However, I asked one of them a question and her answer was: Look it up online. I was so confused because there was a computer right there, and she could have found the answer quickly if she did not know. Then we were in Orlando so we thought we would stop at the Tesla dealership there. There is just no comparison. Our salesperson Nick was very informative, very enthusiastic, and was so helpful. It was a night and day difference than the one in Daytona. We ended up buying one from there based on the experience we had with Nick.

Nicholas was incredible. From start to finish he went above and beyond for us. He kept in touch with us throughout the delivery process as well. We would absolutely buy another car through him. Would 100% recommend this location.

Nice customer service but when i was on road for delivery my new tesla model Y they called me for cancel bec of something couldnt pass their inspection! #1 3 days ago you got my Tesla why you are waiting last min bec i already used my PTO and i lost over 300$ for that # Second meeting i got my Tesla finally but with big stain in front bumper i dont know what happened they cleaned for me. After all bad things “can i get 3 months free self drive “ still i m waiting Manager decision!!

We had an excellent experience picking up our Tesla in Orlando. Easy access, good location, ample parking, a well-organized store with several models on display, and large, clean restrooms. Even though we opted for the self-pickup option, we were very well attended to by an employee who was available to answer any questions.

It was our first time to this location, we were greeted and helped by one of the Tesla Advisers, Michael Ritter. My wife, kids and I demo drove a Model X and Cybertruck a month ago. We truly enjoyed the pressure free and fun demo drive and showroom so much, we ended up coming back a month later & buying our beautiful 2026 Model Y Juniper! We were lucky enough to get our same advisor, Michael, which again was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We took delivery of our Model Y, which was flawless after an awesome presentation and light show, definitely a unique and awesome car buying experience compared to any other traditional car dealership. Michael was professional and a pleasure to work with! I’d also like to note that the other advisors were friendly and quick to help when I would ask them anything. A+
