Tesla Peabody

I've had nothing but good experience with Tesla mobile. Kenny helped me out in a pinch today and went above and beyond. I've had at least two other experiences with Tesla Peabody service and every time they have been great.

I had great customer service at first, but unfortunately my experience changed after the inspection. I was told that my brakes, rotors, and calipers were seized and badly corroded, and I was quoted around $2,700 for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion from another shop, and they told me everything was actually fine besides a small scratch on the front rotors. I’m really disappointed because I feel like I was almost charged for work that wasn’t actually needed. The staff was polite, but after this experience I don’t feel confident trusting their diagnosis or repair recommendations.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the excellent service I received from the Tesla Service Department in Peabody, Massachusetts.My experience started when I called the service department and spoke with a gentleman named Tyler Rosso . He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I explained the issue I was having with my vehicle, and he asked me to make an appointment through the Tesla app. I asked if I could stop by first to show him the issue in person, and he kindly welcomed me to come in. When I arrived, Tyler took the time to explain everything that would need to be done to the vehicle and even helped me schedule the appointment through the Tesla app. He also informed me that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced.A couple of days later, I called again to confirm everything regarding my appointment and to ask a few additional questions. This time I spoke with another service advisor named Derick. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions clearly and made me feel comfortable about the process.On the day I dropped off my vehicle, I met with Tyler again. The check-in process was extremely smooth and easy. It took no more than 10 minutes, and he reviewed everything with me one more time before providing me with the loaner vehicle.When my vehicle was ready, Tyler called me personally to let me know the car was completed and ready for pickup. The next day, while I was on my way to pick up the vehicle, I called Tesla again to ask about the pickup process. I spoke with another service advisor named Tamia. She was very friendly and helpful. She reviewed everything that had been done to the car and explained that when I arrived, my vehicle would already be ready for pickup and that I could simply drop off the loaner vehicle without even needing to go inside the office.When I arrived, I was greeted outside by a gentleman named Gabe. He was also very friendly and professional. He told me to park the loaner vehicle wherever I wanted because my car was already prepared and waiting for me.Overall, the service I received from beginning to end was outstanding. Everyone at this location was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.I also purchased my Tesla from this same location, where I worked with a salesperson named Michael. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. In addition, the manager, Starlynn, has always been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable whenever I have called with questions.Thank you very much to the entire team at Tesla Peabody. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support I received.

I was so nervous since I read a lot of bad reviews of this location but unfortunately i have to fix my stress crack windshield asap so i have an appointment here which is the earliest one. As soon as i walked in i met Derick he such a nice guy very friendly and honest with your concern. All the staff worked hard and fast even its on Christmas eve. I really appreciate your patience and you guys did the work done and perfect !! Highly recommend

Took our Model X for service at the Tesla Service Center in Peabody, MA. The staff who checked us in gave my daughter and I a warm welcome. She stayed in touch with us about the progress of our vehicle and worked to get us out quickly. Also was able to speak with the service technician, Hasan, who walked me through all he did and gave me some helpful suggestions on vehicle maintenance and what to keep an eye on in the future. While I was there, we also test drove the Cybertruck, which blew out minds and convinced us to purchase one sooner than expected.
