Great delivery experience, but terrible service. I scheduled an appointment to have an issue inspected and was told to come in, only to be turned away at the desk with no inspection and no chance of coverage. This could have been communicated ahead of time and would have saved me a wasted trip. The lack of accountability afterward made it even worse. Tesla builds a great car, but the service experience here was frustrating and poorly handled.

Very disappointed with Tesla service. My Model 3 rear windshield cracked after the trunk opened automatically in my garage without intentional input. Tesla reviewed it and denied any goodwill assistance, saying it is customer pay. Poor support for an issue caused during normal vehicle use.

These guys were great! They all had a lot of patience with this old woman(me). They even have props for photos! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: After 3 months of ownership, FSD stopped working properly. GPS shows the car drifting off into the fields or streets away from where it is actually located. The car then wants to turn to make corrections or at times will suddenly hit the brakes to make a turn because it thinks it's a street over from where it should be. This renders FSD almost unusable. We continue to use it as much as we can to capture these errors on video or pictures to provide proof to Tesla. They had it in for service and could find nothing wrong with the hardware, and did not repair the problem, yet we provide dozens of examples and proof per their request showing the problems. We had a loaner with the same software version and hardware version. It worked flawlessly. Tesla has speculated that it may be poor satellite coverage, yet we are driving in wide open areas with nothing but fields on each side. They themselves said that while driving it they watched the sat coverage dropped quickly a few times but fsd didn't fail however their test areas are well mapped. They've speculated that other electronics in the car could be disrupting fsd however we've nothing plugged in and nothing but one phone with the Tesla app. It still fails. The scary part of all of this are sudden speed changes or brake jams because the car suddenly thinks it's on a parallel road with a lower speed limit, stop sign etc. Sudden lane changes to turn are startling as well. It's been in twice now and since they cannot replicate the issue there they will not attempt to fix it. I believe the local service people are trying but are dismissive of how important fsd is to the value of the car especially for those of us that paid for it up front. Now that we have had some safety concerns with the sudden behavior changes we've grown more than frustrated. It seems they have no abilities to escalate to engineering at Tesla, or they know there's an issue that cannot be pin pointed yet that is causing this. I'm even more frustrated when I see this affects some people dating back over a year or more. Quite simply, I'm going to buy two go pros to capture both interior faults and exterior locations to prove my case for a lemon law claim.

Extremely understaffed on Black Friday!!! Wasted over 3 hours of my time. 12 PM appointment to trade in a vehicle and they (Tesla Trade in Dept which is completely separate and uncontactable from the dealer) couldn’t manage to get their act together in 4 hours. My Dealer rep Nate however was great - friendly and tried his best to help. And the detail show didn’t bother to clea what wasn’t obvious to them!!!
