Adnan is awesome. My car had a serious battery issue which was under warranty but it was a big repair. He was so courteous and allowed me to bring the car in immediately. He worked on getting me a loaner since all were taken. It took about 2.5 weeks to get everything done but Adnan kept me informed every step of the way. Great service!

Exceptional Experience: I am hitting the three-and-a-half-year mark with my electric vehicle, and it continues to be a fantastic ownership experience. I have reached 30,000 miles without ever needing to visit a service center for traditional maintenance—no tire rotations, air or HEPA filter replacements, wiper issues, or battery concerns. The low-maintenance nature of an EV is truly a benefit. I recently brought the car in, feeling a bit anxious about potential "surprise" issues. I am pleased to report that the vehicle is in great condition, and no further service is required until December. A special shout-out goes to “Joe”, who provided outstanding assistance. He is a truly wonderful person who greets everyone with a genuine smile and a professional, helpful attitude. Even though I was initially told to expect a wait until the evening, Joe went above and beyond by following up with the technicians to expedite the process. Thanks to his proactive help, I was able to get everything addressed and be back on the road in just two hours, which was a huge relief since I had driven a long distance. This is a great service center staffed by fantastic people. Highly recommended!

I am disappointed with how Tesla handled a warranty concern on my 2026 Model Y. Since the first days of ownership, the charge port door has been visibly misaligned and does not sit flush with the surrounding body panels. The vehicle is less than a year old and remains fully covered under Tesla’s warranty. Before the inspection, I was also informed that there could be a charge associated with evaluating the concern, despite the vehicle being less than a year old and still under warranty. Fortunately, I was not ultimately charged, but the fact that a warranty-related concern was initially treated this way added to the frustration. During my Service Center visit, Tesla staff acknowledged the condition and confirmed that the panel alignment was not perfectly symmetrical. However, I was informed that it falls within Tesla’s acceptable manufacturing tolerances and therefore would not be repaired or replaced under warranty. What made this especially frustrating was that I inspected and photographed every 2026 Model Y available on the Service Center lot. All of them had charge port doors that appeared properly aligned. After showing these photos to Tesla staff, the response remained the same: no adjustment, no replacement, and no attempt to improve the condition. I understand that manufacturing tolerances exist and that not every vehicle will be perfect. However, when a defect is present from the beginning of ownership, is acknowledged by the Service Center, and is not seen on comparable vehicles sitting on the same lot, it is difficult to understand why Tesla considers it acceptable. The issue itself is relatively minor. My disappointment comes from Tesla’s unwillingness to stand behind the fit and finish of a vehicle that is still under warranty. I expected a higher level of customer support and quality assurance from Tesla. If this condition is truly within Tesla’s standards, then Tesla’s standards for panel alignment are lower than I expected.

I would like to specifically highlight Ray Lopez for his outstanding professionalism. During the inspection, a crack was discovered in the tire. Ray Lopez handled the situation with incredible care and attention to detail. He was gentle extremely polite, patient in explaining the issue, and resolved everything much faster than I anticipated. Very honest, willing to listen to the problems customers discover, and willing to face the problems. It is rare to find such a combination of efficiency and genuine customer care.
