Tesla Plano Legacy West

We have had a couple visits to this location while visiting the area from out of state. We worked with Dariel Torres and he was so helpful along with the other employees. We started this year with no plans to buy a Tesla and are now proud owners of one. Even though we didn’t buy thru Tesla directly (due to Oklahoma laws not because of Tesla) Dariel helped us with everything he could along the way and was incredible. I can’t explain how grateful we are and how much we are loving our Model 3.

Awesome. Full self drive took me to 7/11 then I drove it for another 20 minutes.

My husband and I came in from out of state to test drive a Tesla. Kasey was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I very much appreciated the wonderful service we got and would recommend visiting this store before purchasing.

Poor sales experience. Came here in Saturday, April 4 at 2pm, to proceed with a purchase after clarifying some questions with staff. The staff were engaged in personal conversation and did not bother to attend to customers coming in. Walked around for 10 minutes looking at the model Y and nobody came up to assist. Stay away and take your money somewhere else.

I finally got a chance to visit a Tesla showroom where they have the Tesla Robo on display and for demo. Absolutely amazing experience with the robo demo. The ambience and the design of the store is incredible. Definitely a must visit spot in legacy west.
