Had a great and easy experience. I had absolutely no intention of ever buying an electric vehicle, let alone a Tesla. I honestly went in just for fun and somehow walked out with a Tesla! In the past, whenever I’ve gone car shopping, the salespeople have always been super pushy, and I did not get that feeling here at all. The staff, especially Ash, was extremely helpful. He simply showed me what the vehicle could do, answered my questions, and let me experience it for myself. That’s honestly what sold me. Ash was great very honest, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He never made me feel pressured, which made the test drive and entire buying experience so much better. The buying and financing process was also surprisingly easy, and I was able to take care of everything right there. I went in with zero intention of buying a Tesla and left owning one. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend asking for Ash!

Ash has been absolutely incredible! He has gone above and beyond helping with the order of our Cybertruck!! Additionally, I had a request to see if they could have the truck in by our son's birthday. I was not expecting much, since I know they do not have control over delivery and production at the Service Center. But Ash truly went above and beyond! Not only are they making sure that our son, for his birthday will be in his favorite vehicle, a Cybertruck, on his birthday, but they also made it incredibly special where we will be able to take deliver from the Gigafactory AND get an exclusive tour! We were already customers for life, but Ash, and the Tesla team 100Xed that fact! We will never own anything but Tesla, especially after this incredible experience, them going above and beyond, and truly making this a special experience for all of us, and especially for our son's birthday!

I had an amazing experience working with Megan Wong at Tesla. Her follow-up is truly phenomenal! She stayed on top of every detail and made sure each step of the process was fully taken care of from start to finish. Our vehicle pickup even took place on her day off, and Megan still ensured everything went incredibly smoothly. She consistently reviewed and explained all available promotional deals to make sure we were getting the best options possible, which I really appreciated.
