Tesla Pleasant Grove

We had such an amazing experience with our delivery and trade in process at Tesla Pleasant Grove! Landon made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. Most of the paperwork and trade in process was completed through the app before we even arrived, which made pickup super quick and stress free. When we got there, our car was already waiting out front with our names on it, which was such a cool touch. The dealership itself was very clean, welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Landon was patient, polite, funny, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He jokingly apologized for how “long” the delivery process takes because we had to sign maybe 5 documents due to the trade in, meanwhile we were only there for around 20 minutes total, and most of that was spent relaxing in the guest area enjoying the free snacks. Everything felt intuitive, organized, and genuinely customer focused. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Huge thank you to Landon and the whole team!

Super impressed with the Tesla’s service, especially Hernan the technician! He was professional, kept me updated throughout the repair, and took the extra time to personally call me with updates. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and customer service. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience!

Had a visit with the service center to get my windshield replaced, everything was pretty straightforward and they were able to get it fixed same day, even though the estimate was for it to be done after the weekend(apt was Friday 1pm). The loaner they gave me was in good shape and had full self drive which was cool to try out, the process to turn in the loaner and picking up my car even after the service center had closed was super easy. Pretty good experience for a first time Tesla owner and first time service.

Picked up my car from here. The delivery experience was great! The gentleman that helped me was super friendly. Took my down payment and attached the car to the Tesla App. Was there maybe 15 minutes. Excellent service! Thanks!

Elisa and Dylan are amazing. Bought a car and was delivered same day within 3 hours. They are the only reason the deal got done. Almost bought a x3m instead. Painless. Thank you Dylan for pushing my delivery through !
