Tesla Providence

My wife bought a new Tesla and it was the absolute best car buying experience ever. The vehicle sells itself, it’s mind boggling why everyone doesn’t own one. I thought it was foolish when she suggested looking at one but then I got in and went for a ride, now I want my own!

So i came in to charge my car and use the bathroom. I unknowingly using the service chargers. Martha was inside and kindly explained to me I can’t use it, she was incredibly sweet and even took the time to show me how the self driving works in a demo car. Absolutely a gem of an interaction she needs to be praised and appreciated by the management here.

While the technology is amazing, the reason I'm a happy member of the Tesla family is due to the folks at this facility. From demo to delivery, absolutely amazing job and about the best dealership experience you could ask for. Thanks so much Martha for the awesome experience along with your entire team. I'd also like to add the service department is just as excellent as the sales folks.

Location is convenient and the showroom is clean with vehicles to look and sit in. Best is to get a reservation for a demo drive! The lot of vehicles here is massive. Thanks again Telsa providence.

Visited the new Tesla Showcase Store & Service Center and was thoroughly impressed! The showroom is sleek and inviting, showcasing the latest Tesla models in all their glory. Staff were knowledgeable and eager to answer all my questions without any pressure. The service center also looked well-equipped and ready to handle any needs. Definitely a top-notch experience for both current and prospective Tesla owners. 4 stars! 😔 sadly I wasn't able to schedule a demo drive, due to staff not allowing International drivers license. Other then that 4 ⭐️
