Fully installed Superchargers. Sitting unused for over a year because there’s still no power. Now they may need replacing. Brilliant. US

Came in to do a service appointment. Luckily they had an opening and I was able to come in at 1 on a weekend. Getting to the service area was easy, I was treated well and professionally. Came in for a tire rotation, latch issue and camera precision cleaning they told me two hours but were done within the hour. The lounge was comfortable. Had no issues, this new location is awesome so far. Hopefully we get super chargers soon!

Just finished at the service dept. So glad it's open. Great staff plenty of good people there, they took real good care of me I was in and out real quickly!!!!!

Visited the Flushing Tesla Service Center yesterday for maintenance, and the experience was excellent. José was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great service, great communication, and a welcoming atmosphere. The showroom experience made me even more excited about the future of mobility.

Tesla – Flushing, NY Our visit to the Tesla location in Flushing, NY was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—staff members were polite, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. The facility itself is impressive. The space is large, modern, and exceptionally clean, with a beautiful and comfortable waiting area that reflects Tesla’s high standards. One unique highlight was the Tesla Bot displayed at the main entrance, which added an innovative and memorable touch to the visit. We were there for a demo drive, and the experience exceeded expectations. The vehicle performance, technology, and overall driving feel were truly impressive. It was clear that the team is well-trained and genuinely focused on providing a high-quality customer experience. Overall, Tesla has set a high benchmark for what a car dealership experience should be. Their approach to customer service and presentation is exceptional, and it’s something other dealerships could learn from. Highly recommended.
