The Austin Tesla Service Center is awesome. Everyone working there is super friendly, and they always get my car checked in and serviced way faster than I expect. My favorite part is the waiting area. They actually have private little conference rooms set up like hoteling desks, so you can lock yourself in, take calls, and get real work done while you wait instead of just staring at your phone. Easily one of the most convenient service experiences I've had.

This is the best Tesla Service Center I've been to, I felt all my concerns were addressed expertly from start to finish thanks to Bella and the rest of the mechanic staff here. The whole appointment was seamless and took only about 15 minutes till I was offered a loaner. The loaner was an upgrade from my current Tesla so that was super fun to drive in while I waited for the service to be complete! I definitely recommend this location and huge thanks to Bella for being super communicative throughout the service on the estimated time of completion. 10/10 will come back if there is any future maintenance / service needed

I just found out that Mike Lopez lie to me about the bolster they damaged, the clip was broken, he claim it's fine and try to fix it, I didn't know better until the next appointment from mobile service arrive, the technician point out the the half of the clip is gone, they broke it, that's why the bolster is not sitting right. And he had to put in another service request for me. During the previous appointment which they had to fix the parcel shelf because when the one appointment before that for the rear window they didn't sit the parcel shelf right, the left rear headliner airbag safety strap was cut without my knowledge, the mobile tech point it out to me when he service the part. I was surprised they disregard safety to this degree. The manager Dustin was trying to convince me everything looks OK, so it must be fine. Turn out, he either didn't know he put me into this safety hazard or he know but still do it anyway. They also avoid the conversation when I brought up Vehicle Health Check which they did none. And when I ask them to fix the part they broke, I had to escalate, to make them understand that my car when they admitted, it's in prestine condition, and when I got it back it wasn't. I would not recommend this service center, they do 0 VHC, 0 QA, and when you point out their fault, they try to smooth talk you manipulate you to accept the imperfections that they called "fix".

Impressive experience. Efficient process, indoor, cooled drop-off. Knowledgeable and nice techs. Free (top of the line) courtesy loaners. App progress tracking is very well done. Unlike any other dealership.

Tesla builds some crappy cars for the control arms to go out in a car that has 40k miles. What's worse is their service centers who can't get an alignment done right after 3 tries. I brought my car over to a regular tire shop and they got the alignment perfect in 30 minutes. Another thing they had me waiting for the repair on site and no one came over to tell me that the car was ready. I had to go and ask myself and they told me that my service advisor had gone home for the day and that's why no one informed me 🙃. I can't wait to sell my tesla and go back to BMW.
