Poor buying experience start to finish. The products may be great. But the experience and absolute lack of customer service would be enough to prevent me from buying again. Tesla makes huge claims about ordering being easier than ordering a pizza. Ordering maybe so; but delivery is the farthest thing from it. Poor communication. Conflicting instructions in the same chat between different employees. Contradictory instructions in the chat from what the app shows. Completely errored automated messages in contradiction to what the employees text or said in calls. Zero attempts at satisfying a customer. They’ve been paid in full, have taken the trade in but refuse to unlock the app for use or car features due to a delay in shipping of paperwork that the dealership arranged. The car arrived on the least professional transport imaginable. The entire experience is subpar and poor.

Never take your Tesla here for service. They have terrible customer service. The communication is poor. The wait times are long. The receptionists are condescending Gen Z idiots that ignore you until they are done texting. The service manager will not speak you. The tech broke a cover in my frunk. I didn't notice it until a few months later. They refuse to replace the cover and I cannot speak with the service manager Jason Proctor. I am escalating this issue higher, but I will never take my Tesla here for service ever again. Go to SLC instead. They are professional and I could actually talk to the manager there.

Note this is in relation to the service side and not sales side. On April 24th, I brought my truck to Tesla service for a parking system error. The code cleared, but I arrived 20 minutes following the fault. The advisor verified the code and scheduled an appointment today which was almost three weeks out. Upon arrival, I found that Tesla cancelled the request to fix the brake error for unknown reasons on their end. They scheduled a camera cleaning and a tire pressure check. These services were never requested. The advisor Jessica tried to blame me for the scheduling issues. Jessica claimed the problem was non-existent, despite the verification of the code from the visit three weeks past. Jessica claimed I failed to approve the estimate. The Tesla app requires approval to confirm an appointment. Lastly she suggested I changed the appointment details. This was false. I pushed for the advisor to honor the original appointment. The advisor and the technician refused. A technician became available because another customer cancelled their appointment at that time. I suggested that technician could look at my vehicle to use the open slot. The staff refused to accommodate me. I took time off from work. I arranged for another person to provide transportation. This wasted time for both people. I scheduled this appointment three weeks ago which was cancelled for unknown reasons on their end. Now I have to take more time off from work and hope they don't cancel my next appointment which is another week out. Hopefully the brake system error gets addressed as it is a major safety concern that Tesla is not taking serious.

I brought my car in for a battery issue and two broken door handles—the exact same issues this location fixed six months ago. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse this time. I was asked to re-approve my estimate five times because they kept 'finding' new parts or issues to add. Communication was also poor; they promised a 24-hour turnaround and a 5:00 PM pickup, but then stayed stuck on 'waiting for parts' for over a week. The loaner vehicle is still showing up on my app, allowing me to see its location and data, which is a major privacy concern. While the facility was clean and the pick up was pretty fast, everything else was nothing like I've experienced at service centers in SLC, ID or CA. I’ve loved my Teslas, but if this is the new norm I can't imagine ever buying another one.

I took a delivery of Tesla 1 week ago. I had some issues with car that was originally assigned with minor scratches and had requested them to switch the VIN with a new car and they gladly did by they I mean their manager at the site - Chris. Wonderful individual and charming person to speak with. Though the staff seemed a little under trained and not so courteous , I rather found their manager Chris to be extremely helpful and cooperative. Sometimes it’s the people management and the way you are treated as a customer is what matters at the end of the day and truly appreciative of that. I wish they had maybe cleaned my car and maybe polished some of the door trims and rubber a bit more considering it was a new vehicle , nevertheless I had a positive experience overall.
