bought my tesla from here, after i no longer had it, they allowed the new owner almost a year later to fraudulently charge my card repeatedly, because they do not care. When attempted to contact tesla, it is damn near impossible, youll be on hold, or they will hang up because... "You dont own a car anymore"... Yeah, no crap, SO THEN DONT CHARGE ME, THANKS FOR ALLOWING SOMEONE ELSE TO USE MY CARD

there isn't much more I can say but the service from the service department and the whole team at tesla was more then words can say they are fantastic in every way. when I received my tesla it was In perfect condition ..props to the detail team ...everything was looked at and cleaned and tuned to perfection ..everyone greeted me with open arms and walked me thru the new ownership of a new tesla. trust me there is alot to take in. they never rushed me I was able to take in everything at my own pace. this place rocks ...

I recently purchased a used 2023 Tesla Model 3 from the Tesla team in Rogers, and overall I had a positive experience. The sales process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The car itself was in excellent cosmetic condition, and I appreciated the confidence of buying a used vehicle directly from Tesla. A couple of days after taking delivery, I discovered that the A/C was only blowing warm air. It was definitely disappointing, especially after just purchasing the car. However, the Tesla team took the issue seriously and worked with me to get it resolved under warranty. While the unexpected repair was frustrating, they stood behind the vehicle and made things right. No used car is guaranteed to be perfect, and I understand that issues can occasionally come up. What mattered most to me was how the situation was handled, and I appreciate that the team honored the warranty and fixed the problem. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would feel comfortable buying from Tesla again.

Horrible service experience two tesla with constant issues these guys don't know what customer service is. Just trying to bill you for everything, car did an update and won't connect to tesla through modem just needed a simple reset tesla wanted $740 to replace the unit. Just after your money, they are only nice to you until you buy.

Fantastic experience! The people here are extremely friendly and informative. They do not sell you hard, and they let the teachers and vehicles speak for themselves. I had a little service work done here, too. It was smoothest experience I’ve ever had. Quick in and out. They had excellent service And were friendly. They also had little offices for you to work while they looked over your vehicle, and some amenities like coffee and tea. Todd is especially helpful and knows a tremendous amount about the vehicles and is willing to answer any questions you may have. I can’t recommend Tesla enough! Five stars!
