Great experience with the service team. We were out at Heceta Head lighthouse on a road trip from Colorado when I got a 12v battery needing to be replaced after the car wouldn’t boot up. Immediately called the service center and they told me they would get me in and out as soon as we got there. Arrived at the service center and was told it would be an hour or so to get it in and finished up. About 20 minutes later the service advisor came in and said they were done and we were back on the road. Really appreciate them going above and beyond!!

The young man we worked with Nick was excellent. Without his help I wouldn’t have left with a Tesla. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and intelligent. He really listened to my needs and made sure I got the right vehicle even though it took more than 1 trip to his Salem dealership. Nick should own the place.

Horrible! Our car has been at this dealership for over 1 month. When they would not send me an updated estimate for the battery replacement, I became suspicious. They kept sending me estimates for $5,000 over the original estimate. I complained and said I wanted it escalated to the Service Manger. Only then did I finally receive a call (not from the service manager) and saying their employee dropped the battery upon delivery and they were trying to locate another one. I was also promised that he would keep me updated. Days and days went by before I was told they would replace our 85 with a 90 and keep the cost the same. This was after they kept sending me estimates for $5,000 over the original estimate. To top if off, they said they had the battery but could not get to our job for another 2 weeks. The scheduled repair day was finally 1 week ago. The two day job then became a 4 day job moving the completion to 6/12, then 6/15, then 6/17 and now says 6/19. We live 5 hours away and had to have the car towed to them and this constant change of completion dates is terrible. No one has bothered to call. I have found out this information from the app which also now says they are awaiting parts. For over 1 month??? When I inquired yet again yesterday they sent a message that they are experiencing "a high volume of service requests". I don't care, my car has been there long enough and should not be hampered by other service requests. I called Customer Support yesterday who was sending a message to the Service Manager who was to get right back to me. Still nothing. I have just sent them another message that my next call is to my lawyer unless I hear from them and find out what it going on with our car. I used to love the car, not so much now and do not think we will look for a Tesla to replace this one. This has been terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys, both the sales advisors and the service team! They’ve been amazing to me :) There was some alignment issues on my model 3 they got me in for very quickly and helped with a camera issue when I had a super busy work schedule. And most recently, I ordered and took delivery of a 26 Model S Plaid and she is beautiful and absolutely perfect. They were always there for me and helped me every step of the way, even for my special circumstances and Tesla corporate pressuring them, but they made it so easy for me. I can’t thank them enough! I guess your mileage may vary based on reviews, but I know many people make it a point to post negative experiences and less of a point to post positive ones, so I’m here with my positive one!

No pressure on the sales floor, honestly it’s how every dealership should be run. They let you test drive for a solid 1-2 hours to actually experience the car first hand. The FSD sells the car itself. Great experience. On the day of pickup we maybe spent an hour there picking up our new model Y because a lot of the process is done while the order is filled in the weeks prior to pickup. Ours took exactly 6 days from order placed to land in Salem. Trade in was a breeze and even though the Tesla Employees said trade in values aren’t usually the highest with Tesla, the process is so seamless that I think it was only a few hundred dollars off anybody else’s value. Absolutely worth the convenience. Logan was very helpful and deserves recognition.
