WORLD CUP IS OVER. STOP KICKING YOUR CUSTOMERS AROUND LIKE A SOCCER BALL. Full story: Took delivery of our CPO Tesla Model Y here noon-nish in early August. The car drove fine as we adapted to it slowly. However, later that night, we felt vibration at 70+mph on highway. We thought it is a tire pressure/balancing issue because the outer rims were damage-free at delivery. It turned out that tire balancing didn't fix it so we had the shop redo it. This is when the tire guy confirmed one of the wheels is bent in the inner rim. This is ~7 days after taking delivery, which is a reasonable timeframe as I had to first feel and confirm the vibration (need to drive fast steadily to feel it) and schedule two appointments with the tire shop. We contact service team and they said this would not be covered under any warranty of CPO cars and quoted us $950 for service of one wheel and asked me to contact the location where we took delivery. I called this site today and was told there is nothing they can do about it and I should contact service team for warranty details and repairs. They refused to provide me with multi-point inspection records that CPO vehicles must undergo and told me only the privacy department/team at Tesla can access those files. And upon checking, that team doesn't list the records as data they serve.

My family has purchased six vehicles from this location over the years, so I'm a genuinely loyal Tesla customer, not someone with an axe to grind. That's why a recent phone call left me disappointed. I raised a question about the Full Self-Driving we paid for on an older Model S we bought here, and instead of the kind of thoughtful conversation you'd expect for a repeat customer, the supervisor I spoke with was dismissive and seemed indifferent to keeping the relationship. I understand that some policies aren't the store's to change — that's not my complaint. My complaint is tone. When a longtime customer raises a fair concern, "we can't help you" should never sound like "we don't care." Other Tesla customers deserve to know that the service culture here can fall short of the product.

I have come here for service several times. The service desk people are very friendly and try to be helpful. The issues I had were resolved by technicians each time without problems. However, the reason for 3 stars is because of how the service center operates: they never have loaners to give even when I had to wait 3-4 hours. They always say they don't have enough loaners. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks and lots of beverages to choose from. There is no complementary car vacuum or wash as they do at other dealerships even after spending thousands of dollars each time I am there. So if your take your car for service here, expect to clear your schedule and be prepared to sit there for a long time.

Be careful, they may reduce the trade in value after you made order, paid deposit and set up the new car pick up time. They took the deposit since we didn’t take the new trade in value and cancelled the order. Worst experience ever buying a car!
