Your products are terrible to work on and you’d make better rim covers if you actually did anything but sell problems for other people. I hope you get replaced with Optimus robots first.

I’ve always had really great service with the team in Chesterfield. I’ve brought my car in for various items and they’ve always been helpful, quick to reply, and they get the job done quickly. I appreciate them and love my Tesla!

As usual the people who work there are always extremely polite and professional. I test drove the Cynertruck and had 40 unsupervised minutes. Did not truly expect that much time alone with the vehicle, again was exceptionally nice.

I recently visited this Tesla Service Center for a tire rotation and to replace an interior radar. My experience was disappointing due to poor communication and excessive wait times. When I arrived, I waited about five minutes for a service rep, but no one showed up. I ended up checking in through the app and sat in the waiting area. Two hours later, my app said that the issues were resolved, yet my car was still in service mode. I checked outside and saw that my car had been parked in the lot for at least 15 minutes. I went to the service desk and had to wait another 10 minutes before someone finally showed up, only to tell me that my car had "just been completed"—even though it had clearly been sitting outside for a while. The lack of communication was frustrating, and I would not recommend bringing your Tesla here for service. Expect long waits and little to no updates from the staff.

Between this place and the South County location, they discount any concerns that women bring to their attention. 4 SERVICE VISITS for HVAC issues that happened to be a HEPA filter issue that I suggested to them after talking to some other owners about the same issue. Daniel here gave my wife the run around multiple times, tried to say this is a Model Y issue and you cannot us the Auto setting and a bunch of other BS. They also said you dont want to bring your car into the service center as it lowers the value of it and did everything to keep her out of the shop. I got sick of it and took it in and within 1hr they had replaced the filters and said I was correct with my assessment. THE SERVICE ESTIMATE WE HAD TO SIGN 4 FREAKING TIMES SHOWED TO REPLACE THE FILTER!!!! I am not sure what their problem with women are but they need to get some better training.
