Tesla Sales Renton

I want to share my experience with this dealership—specifically regarding the salesperson, Tan—since the manager never contacted us. The dealership had the audacity to call and accuse us of being disrespectful when we went to finalize the purchase of a Tesla; they claimed they didn't tolerate that kind of attitude and that no Tesla dealer would accept us, even though I was making a $35,000 cash purchase. This was all Tan's fault; he was the first salesperson who assisted us, and when we decided to work with a different salesperson instead, he got upset and made up that whole story. We never disrespected anyone; we are decent people. We would never recommend this salesperson, Tan (who is Asian).

The staff are friendly and not pushy at all. Tom and Tan were both very helpful. I love the Tesla sales model; one price, purchase online, and a modest showroom with helpful staff and plenty of cars to demonstrate the vehicle features and help you select the best car.

Super big Tesla showroom in downtown Renton where you can purchase your first Tesla!

I had a great experience with Tesla. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and helpful, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received. I would especially like to thank James from the Service Department and Michael Le from the Sales Department. They were incredibly kind, genuine, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. They listened carefully, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you both for going above and beyond. You truly made a difference!

This is my first tesla, and I've never been to such a cool dealership in my life, service, comfort, it's quite the experience, you will never get from a normal dealership!
