Clean and comfortable customer service waiting area. I came in with a flat tire and was told to wait about 1 hr. They also checked others. I was a bit surprised to see the tire pressure was not set equally at that time but maybe I have my expectations set too high. 🤪 after driving for a while and resetting it’s still different on different tires.

Fantastic group of people who make sure you get your new car quickly and set up correctly. Great merchandise for sale, too. Also provides service for Tesla Vehicles. Mary is awesome! Best vehicles on the road. Test Drive one if you are skeptical.

I contacted the Tesla regarding the purchase of a 2026 Premium Model Y. After scheduling a demo drive, I was informed that a demo vehicle matching my exact specifications was available in San Antonio with 1,198 miles. I was told I could receive the vehicle within three days rather than waiting two to three weeks, and I was offered a $1,600 discount due to the mileage. I was assured that the vehicle would meet Tesla standards and present as a new vehicle. I received multiple notifications through the Tesla app regarding my pickup location. The location changed from the Airport location to the Dominion location, I called the Dominion location the day before delivery and was told that my vehicle would be there. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment at 3:00 PM on 5/16, we were informed that the vehicle was not at that location and had to drive an additional 30 minutes back to the Airport location. I was immediately disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. There were numerous paint chips, including a couple that were substantial. Both the interior and exterior were dirty, which was particularly surprising considering this was a new vehicle purchase. I did bring this up to our service advisor. (She was great and super helpful with learning how to use the vehicle.) This is the seventh new vehicle I have purchased, and I have never taken delivery of a vehicle that had not been properly detailed beforehand. Additionally, I discovered that the mileage exceeded what I had originally been told, indicating that the vehicle continued to be used as a demo after I placed my deposit. I also later discovered that the promised $250 demo credit was not reflected in my paperwork. Once we brought the vehicle home and viewed it in sunlight, the paint damage appeared worse than initially observed. We also discovered a broken windshield wiper and a creaking noise coming from the wheels and the rear cupholders contained sticky residue and brown stains from what appeared to be a spilled soft drink I contacted Tesla first thing Monday morning and was unable to speak with a manager at either San Antionio location. After completing a customer survey, Dion contacted me and assured me that all issues would be addressed and that the vehicle would be returned clean. He arranged an appointment at the Airport location for Saturday, 5/23. Although the windshield wiper was repaired and the vehicle was retained for paint repairs, the service experience itself was extremely frustrating. My vehicle sat untouched for several days, which I verified through the cameras. During that time, I witnessed a tow truck driver fall into my driver's side door while loading another vehicle. Despite expressing my concerns to Dion by text on 5/27, I received no response. I subsequently emailed Regional Manager Lou Gatti and also received no response. Eventually, the Sales Manager David contacted me and acknowledged that he did not know why the vehicle had simply been sitting. He assured me it would be moved to the collision center. I also informed Tesla of the known suspension issue affecting 2026 Premium Model Ys and provided supporting documentation. David assured me that this concern would also be addressed before the vehicle was delivered back to me and gave me a loaner vehicle. The loaner was a standard model and was not near as nice as the vehicle I purchased but David said it was all he had and I didn’t want to be stranded without a vehicle while mine was being repaired. The car was supposed to be delivered back to me on Friday, 5/29. Late that afternoon I hadn’t heard anything back so I called David. On 6/1 David promised that my vehicle would be returned that evening. The vehicle was delivered around 7:30 PM, and while the paint repairs appeared satisfactory, I learned that the suspension issue—which Tesla had possessed the vehicle for nine days to address—had not been repaired. I was informed that I would have to schedule yet another service visit. The inside of my car was filthy when I got it back. I had installed brand new mats the day before.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service at the Tesla location near the San Antonio airport. Two days ago I purchased a brand-new Tesla Model X plaid for $127,000, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality and customer care. Unfortunately, within 48 hours of owning the vehicle, it is already having serious issues. The rear Falcon Wing door will not close properly and keeps beeping as if it is still open. On top of that, the Full Self-Driving feature is clearly not working correctly and appears misaligned. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a brand-new luxury vehicle that is supposed to represent the highest level of technology and safety. The most upsetting part is the way the situation was handled. My family and I had an early trip planned to Dallas tomorrow morning. We already booked our hotel and organized everything for this trip with our two small children. Naturally, I am extremely concerned about driving a malfunctioning car with my kids in it. When we came to the Tesla service center near the San Antonio airport, I spoke directly with the senior service advisor/manager Mat, hoping they would help us resolve the issue quickly since the car is literally two days old. Instead, I was told that the only option is to leave the car there and that they have no idea when they would even be able to look at it. Let me repeat: this is a $127,000 car that is TWO DAYS OLD. When Tesla wants to sell you a car, everyone is smiling, attentive, and incredibly helpful. But the moment there is a problem, suddenly no one can do anything. No urgency. No solution. No real concern for the customer. It is unacceptable that a brand-new vehicle with safety concerns cannot receive immediate attention, especially when the customer explains they have travel plans with small children the very next day. For a company that markets itself as a premium, innovative brand, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected far better support after making such a significant purchase. Right now, instead of enjoying our new car and our planned family trip, we are left stressed, inconvenienced, and questioning the reliability of a vehicle that is only two days old.

Had a great experience at the Tesla Service Center here in San Antonio. I brought my car in to have several things checked out, and my senior service advisor made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. You can tell they really care about making sure customers leave happy. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Big thanks to the team—especially my service advisor—for making this such a smooth and positive visit!
