Tesla Savannah

I don't think we will be receiving anymore of our new Tesla vehicles from this location. Though we did get helped, the experience wasn't the best and this was our first impression of Tesla unfortunately. The only reason we didn't give 1 star is because they corrected some flaws we found on the car and our first walk in was actually nice. An employee (that didn't end up being our agent) was so nice happy and bubbly. We really hoped we could have worked with him but we received someone that seemed to be in a rush and wasn't really focused on us as he juggled multiple deals at a time. We actually had to step in front of him to get his attention to button things up after we had been sitting and waiting for almost 30 mins. We did a trade in and he didn't even take the keys from us. It also seemed like we annoyed him the entire time we were there. I feel like our first experience was not as positive as it could have been but we were very happy about getting our new model y. I think we will be either trying NC or FL next.

I received excellent service from Tesla’s Savannah team when in urgent need for assistance to verify the cause of sudden vibrations while driving my family home to Orlando from vacation. After a prompt inspection, they identified that my rear tires required immediate replacement. Despite having a full schedule and being just two hours from closing, the team graciously accommodated me, since I was still four hours away from home. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to prioritize my situation during such a time sensitive circumstance. Highly recommend their service!

I’ve bought a few new cars over the the past years and I gotta say the level of hospitality here at TESLA Savannah is lower than a fast food restaurant at shift change. My first visit a week or so prior to my purchase, the employee up front was uninterested in engaging with me as a potential buyer, but don’t worry, he told me he wasn’t commissioned (AND IT SHOWED). He had no interest in me as a buyer & was condescending. After doing the $250 deposits I Fumbled through the app with a few questions and tried to call Tesla a couple times and their phone rang for several minutes before getting transferred to a hang up. We showed up to our appointment at 4:00 expecting a seamless exchange of our trade in and new car, and it took over 2 hours. We had our appointment set since last week but when we showed up it felt like they were as interested to finalize the sale as they were helping us decide what car we want. Tesla Model 3 performance: 10/10 awesome car! Tesla of Savannah: if you must go there, bring your patients and sense of humor because it’s comical. Spending $45k on a new car isn’t a big deal & I don’t expect anything special or for free. Had I gone to any other dealership in SAV, I would have left feeling like they appreciated my business and asked for referrals… TESLA of Savannah will do neither.

James at Tesla Savannah delivered a truly five-star experience when I picked up my Tesla. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in walking me through the vehicle and the delivery process. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained the features and made sure I felt comfortable with the technology. Teslas are packed with innovation, and James took the time to answer every question and demonstrate things in a way that made the learning curve easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the car had a couple of warnings on the screen, so he went with me on a quick ride to troubleshoot and then arranged for my car to stay in Savannah for a quick service appt. The service dept was closed so he sent me home in a demo car and made sure I was comfortable with it before I left. He really went above and beyond his scope of responsibility to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in both the product and the customer experience. Delivery day is a big moment when buying a car, especially when there is a hiccup, and James made it seamless and exciting. Tesla Savannah is fortunate to have him representing the brand.

Ty our SA is absolutely awesome! He has fantastic people skills, is incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated his professionalism—and the fact that he remembered to call me as soon as the first Model Y Performance arrived meant a lot. That kind of follow-through and attention to detail is rare. Also want to give a big shoutout to Coner in the service department. He’s a pleasure to work with—calm, attentive, and the perfect fit for handling situations that aren’t always ideal. He consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate each guest and make sure they feel taken care of. Tesla is lucky to have both of these guys on the team!
