Tesla Seattle

I had an amazing experience at Tesla Seattle, and a huge part of that was because of Raphael. From the moment I started working with him, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Raphael went above and beyond to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable with every step. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in providing great service. If you’re going to Tesla Seattle, I highly recommend asking for Raphael. He’s an absolute professional and made the experience much better than I expected. Tesla is lucky to have someone like him on the team! Thank you, Raphael, for taking such great care of me! 🙌🚘⚡️

Raph made my Tesla experience exceptional from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to explain every detail about the Model Y and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. It’s rare to meet someone who is both so passionate about the product and so focused on helping the customer. Thanks again, Raph—I really appreciate all your help and would gladly recommend you to anyone visiting Tesla!

Where to begin! Raph is an absolute legend. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and no BS. That’s exactly what you’re hoping for when you’re making a huge car purchase. He went above and beyond, showing us the ins and outs of Teslas, going over options, test driving, spending hours making sure the numbers were as transparent as those infamous tesla roofs and answered every question! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 from start to finish. Thank you Raph, Tesla is lucky to have you on their team!

Amazing experience working with this store from placing the order through to delivery. Mike, Jill, Raph, and Johnathan all went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and ensure as smooth a process as possible. Don’t like the CEO, but the product is just too good. The people at this store are great representatives of that product and the mission of the company. Recommend a visit to anyone considering going electric! Thanks Tesla Seattle!

This Tesla location was great. Service was swift, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was much more seamless than I expected. Getting a loaner vehicle was also pretty effortless. I appreciate the excellent service, and I'll for sure go back to satisfy my Tesla needs and you should as well.
