Tesla Service Anaheim

I've had both good experiences, and bad at this location. The good was a great service advisor named Marco, very attentive professional and great communication skills. The bad has been with a Sr. Service advisor named Steven Sandoval, who has been impossible to reach for several days now. He doesn't reply to emails, hasn't called me back as requested, and simply not paying attention at all. On 5/11 he requested specific docs, which I sent back to him within 1-2hrs, and 4 days later, he follows up asking me for those docs that were already sent to him. I've asked him multiple times to confirm receipt of needed docs, and he's hasn't been able to do so, and it's now been almost 10 days since I provided all docs to him. I've asked him to give me a call multiple times since 5/16 and I haven't heard back from him, nor received any emails. I wish I was still working with Marco and not handed off to this Sr. rep. I've been a tesla customer since 2021 and have never experienced anything like this.

I had a great experience at the Anaheim Service Center this morning around 8:30 AM. Francis, who was working overtime at the time, went above and beyond to help me locate my bag that had fallen underneath my Cybertruck. The bag contained my driver’s license and other essentials needed for my travel plans that day. Since all my reservations were under my name, losing it could have seriously disrupted my entire trip. He was patient, professional, and very efficient. Thanks to his help, I was able to recover everything quickly and continue my day without stress. After a disappointing experience at another Tesla location in West Covina during a previous visit, I had started to feel unsure about the service overall. However, my experience at the Anaheim Service Center completely changed that impression. The service here was fast, smooth, and made me feel genuinely taken care of—almost like a “home-like” level of comfort. Francis and the team here truly made a difference. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

These guys were great. Stopped in to get my license plate holder reapplied after I screwed up and placed in on the wrong spot of my front bumper. They got me in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!!

SIMPLY THE WORST!! WORST PEOPLE WORST SERVICE WORST COMPANY

Tesla could never improve their customer service support. They rely 100% on non-personal contacts and 100% on text messages! Changed my service appointment without consulting with me first to see if I am (the customer) is available. They only focus on their own convenience - Who cares about customers, who paid for their only jobs, CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT!!! Lens moisture condensation if evaporated in times (weeks, months,...) are acceptable to Tesla???? Not acceptable by industry standard and by paying customers!!!!
