This was my first time experiencing Tesla service since getting my car and it was a great first impression. The service team was fast and they made sure all of my concerns were heard and handled. I was in and out quick and they provided a beautiful new loaner vehicle for me to use while mine was under repair. Everything was under warranty so I didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket. 10/10

Extremely frustrating experience. I had to go back and forth repeatedly just to get an issue that should have been covered under warranty acknowledged. The process was confusing and time consuming. It felt like I had to fight for something that should have been straightforward from the start. While the service advisor eventually respected the warranty, it took far more effort than it should have. To make matters worse, I later discovered that a tire rotation I specifically requested was never completed, despite being discussed during the service. That completely erodes trust and makes me question what work was actually done. Overall, poor communication, unnecessary stress, and lack of follow-through. This experience fell well below expectations for a Tesla service center. Update* Had requested a wiper change and a month later I had to get new wipers. I informed the new shop that I had recently gotten new wipers and they told me that these have not been changed in a while. I did notice this when I picked the vehicle up a couple days but honestly I didn’t even want to go back and deal with them again. Never taking my vehicle here again, if I could give 0 stars I would!

I recently took delivery of my Tesla, and prior to delivery it was noted that both rear wheels were scratched and would need to be replaced. However, only one of the damaged wheels was included in the final documentation. As a result, I am now being told that Tesla will only replace or repair one wheel, even though both rear wheels were identified as damaged before delivery. In addition, my experience with the service process has been disappointing. The mobile app has not been functioning properly for scheduling appointments, which required me to call the service center directly. After being transferred multiple times, I was eventually connected to the service department. When the call was answered, there was no greeting, and I was immediately placed on hold. Unfortunately, the call was not returned. I was able to secure a 4:00 PM appointment after a manager approved the later time, given that this is a wheel replacement. However, I later received an email stating that my appointment had been moved to 2:00 PM without any prior notice or confirmation. I have since spent over 30 minutes attempting to reach someone by phone to clarify the change. I am simply asking that the original agreement be honored, that both rear wheels noted prior to delivery be addressed, and that communication moving forward be clear and professional.

This is our 3rd Tesla purchase - So let it be known that we are True Blue Tesla Fans. Recently purchased a used model 3 in late august & it had quite a few issues. First off there were multiple quarter size paint chips, so we purchased some Tesla touch up paint for like $80.00 online, & the wood on dash was getting rotted & faded - so that needed to be replaced. Also the center compartment was broken & the FSD did not work due to updated computer needed. Let me say that Soo Kim who was the service rep - was very polite friendly & helpful & made sure all those problems were tended to & repaired. The problem started when i went to pick up the car & Soo Kim was not working that day or had left already, so another service advisor named brandon lwin took over. I noticed that the two front tires were different than the back ones & they were old with hardly any tread🤔 i thought maybe they got them mixed up & put them in our M3? The strange thing is they were both different & i remember when we picked up the car from tesla dealership that all tires seemed same like new & that did catch my eye. This is where the story gets absolutely insane & just stupid. I recently brought the TM3 to discount tire to get the air checked & was flabbergasted when i learned from the tire manager that the front tires were about to blow out & were EXTREMELY hazardous & dangerous due to the splitting & the steel belts coming right through in the inside drivers side! My wife & I recently took a long ride to an area that if the tires blew out - we may have been severely hurt or even killed, as well as others. brandon lwin stated that all tires were checked & the front ones will be in need of a change soon / while laughing & giggling like a school child that is pulling some kind of prank, & NOTHING about the splitting or steel belts coming through! ryan mahaboob put our lives as well as others @ severe risk & that is unacceptable. He also was keeping my garage remote from me & kept stating that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items & proceeded to mock me & kick me out when i threatened to call the law to help get my property back. it took me over a hour of arguing back & forth & finally a female manager went back to speak to the service team or brandon lwin & what do ya know / she brought out our garage remote with no hassle like i was getting before from ryan mahaboob! Who was acting like his last name ending! I highly suggest that he is a liability to Tesla. Now i am trying to explain this whole mess to Tesla & everyone is playing hot potato & just ignoring us. I do not think Elon or the board of Tesla had this sort of treatment in mind when they open dealerships.

This is the largest service center in Florida. Don’t be fooled by the smaller service garage door, it’s huge inside. The process is technology heavy (for an average customer). This is not transportation service like a Mercedes dealer. The waiting room is small compared to a BMW service center. My tire pressure sensor was malfunctioning, and I also wanted a tire rotation. The service process can be monitored by the Tesla app. At the end, the tire pressure sensor was replaced, refilled washer fluid, adjusted tire pressure, checked tire tread depth, cost is $156. No one explained to me why tire rotation wasn’t done (even though it may not be needed). No one explained to me the tire tread depth checking result (if any tire needs to be replaced). I had to ask a service desk staff about it. He then checked tread depth and answered my questions. He is indeed very friendly and professional. It is nice to stop by this service center, but for all the services I received, they could have been done by a mobile service van, The overall experience from a service perspective is average. Tesla needs to work HARD to restore its image and trust “damaged” by Elon’s political involvement.
