Came in for an alignment on a brand new car, left with an alignment that was still out of spec.

They took care of me right away. They fixed the problem in one day.

I am very disappointed with this service experience. I had already scheduled my repair appointment in advance. Later, I was offered an earlier time slot, and I made the effort to reschedule accordingly. However, only one day before the appointment, I was informed that no loaner/loaner vehicle would be available. If I still needed a loaner, I would have to cancel and rebook, which would push the appointment back by approximately two more weeks. When I asked for any alternative solution, the only options provided were to either rebook the appointment or arrange my own transportation. There was no effort to provide any reasonable workaround. For customers dealing with urgent vehicle issues, this approach is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. It is not reasonable to confirm and adjust appointments without clearly ensuring essential support such as loaner vehicle availability, only to leave customers with no option but to wait significantly longer. This process needs to be improved. At a minimum, loaner availability should be confirmed before rescheduling appointments, and alternative solutions should be offered when conflicts arise instead of forcing customers to rejoin the queue and wait weeks again.

I spent over $2,000 on four new tires. Got in my car noticed one of them was low, pulled back into the shop they filled it up. On the way home it went completely flat along with other error messages on tires. Tesla refused to replace the tire. They refused to help me at all. They sold me faulty tires and will not replace them. Don't ever buy a tesla. It is the worst car in the worst customer service experience of my life. It is so wrong and so backwards. I could prove that I drove from here straight home. And the tire went flat slowly on the way home. But they are refusing to say that they sold me a bad tire.

Excellent service center! Tesla Service continues to up its game. Drive in directly into service bay. No need to park outside first. Loaner assigned within moments. No hassle experience with a few in-app clicks to review and approve documents. Side panels replaced and front cameras cleaned up within an hour. Very smooth! I worked with Teo who was great at answering a few questions and coordinating all the service steps.
