Tesla Service Baltimore

It's my fault, I should've looked up the reviews on this place before dropping off my Tesla Model Y. I live in Pennsylvania, originally I'd scheduled repairs for a replacement battery with the Mechanicsburg Pa location until I was informed that their location was overbooked and service would be rendered a week after delivery. This led me to call around other Tesla service centers, I called Owings mill location and was greeted by a female representative who specifically confirmed that if I have my roadside assistance tow the to their location, service will begin the same day for a replacement battery. So i had my car towed immediately with the hopes of fast service, after all a tesla can only be serviced at the "Tesla Center" My car was siting there for 2 damn days before anyone looked into the problems. My service appointment was pushed to AUGUST 15th mind you I dropped the car off July 15th. My husband drove to this location for clarification, the technician told him " we have hundreds of cars coming in today , tomorrow and next week for repair with appointments. Excuse me! My car is here NOW and it has an appointment. The tech was extremely non chalant regarding our concerns. It's July 21st, my car is still sitting in the preparing stage. I'm pissed!!! No one seems to care. In addition I confirmed the estimated fees of 660, yet my husband was called and told that rhe fees may be well over 3,000 dollars after the techs dig deeper in the logs- Im not sure who they're fooling, my husband is a IT! This place is thee absolute worst and you'll be a fool to take your tesla here for service after reading these reviews. Either they need new technicians, or leadership idk but this place will NEVER have the opportunity to service my vehicle again. A complete nightmare . Im here renting cars will my vehicle is being played with. Disgusting, Im absolutely disgusted! Below is a copy of the messages and games they play. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !! Went in to fix issues again with noise coming from the front wheels and the rear drivers side was making a grinding noise. They said I need a new wheel and lubricant on the front. They had just worked on replacing both front drive axles 2 months before. I guess they forgot a step then charged me an arm and leg to fix their mistake. Then they disposed of my brand new rear wheel without asking. Will never come back to this location and recommend you travel the distance to the next closest repair location if you want quality repair and not to be taken advantage of.

Absolutely terrible experience. I dropped off my Cybertruck for a warranty repair on June 1st, expecting it to be done by June 3rd. The completion date was then pushed to the 4th, 5th, 8th, and 9th. Today they admitted it still hasn’t even gone into the shop and they have no idea when it will. Their excuse? They only have one set of tools for the job and didn’t know when that set would be available for my vehicle. This is an absolute clown show and a laughable excuse for a service center. For a company that prides itself on innovation and efficiency, having such poor internal planning and resource management that it directly hurts customers is ridiculous. Zero real communication, constantly shifting timelines with no accountability, and zero urgency on a warranty repair. Do not recommend. Will be escalating this.

Doug at the service center is legit awful and has stated racial slurs. I have never experienced such bad service before, you cannot ask the guy anything without being seriously rude to you as his job is to answer questions for customers... I do not know how this guy is employed by a great brand.

Fast and friendly Tesla service. The team was efficient, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Great experience overall, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was handled.
