Quick turnaround time.

Getting an appointment scheduled is a pain as the app can be glitchy. For example, it's telling me to contact a service advisor, but there's no phone number listed anywhere. Aside from that, the facilities are clean, orderly and efficient. Staff is easy to work with.

The service desk guys were very friendly and helpful.

Best service center Tesla has! I have owned a Tesla for many many years and have gone to other local service centers and have never been treated like Batavia treats you! They were super nice, attentive, wanted to solve the problem, and personable! The facility is stunning and you can tell they all take pride in their jobs! Keep up the good work Batavia!
