I want to personally thank Sebastian for the exceptional customer service and care he provided. He took the time to listen to my concerns, addressed each one professionally, and resolved my issues quickly and efficiently. His dedication, communication, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. The outstanding service and support Sebastian provided gave me the confidence to continue choosing Tesla, and it reassured me that I would purchase another Tesla in the future. Thank you, Sebastian, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your help.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Tesla Service Center. My vehicle has a persistent rattle in the handle at speeds over 75 mph, which the staff refused to address, citing "company policy." Additionally, they acknowledged a clicking noise from the brakes caused by loose pins but dismissed it as "normal." If this was normal, the noise would have been present when the car was new. The service quality here is poor, and I have lost confidence in their ability to maintain my vehicle. I recommend visiting a different service center if you expect your concerns to be taken seriously. After all service session ended, they do not event update my appointment processing stage. Now they are telling me to rescheduling my appoint when I do not have time. NEVER VISITING BUENA PARK LOCATION

Worst service of all time. Representatives are completely clueless sending you from one place to another. They waste all the time in the world and let you know last minute they’re not a place that actually services the vehicle. That’s exactly what the original location told me and why i was sent to this location. I had just bought my car 3 days ago and it already has problems. No respect. No leadership. No clear communication. Avoid at all costs.

I was on a road trip with my family from Cleveland, OH to Cypress, CA in my 2015 Tesla Model S 85D when I encountered a BMS error on January 1, 2026 near Barstow, CA during heavy rain. Fortunately, I was able to continue driving and reached Cypress, but the car went into limp mode about 3 miles before reaching my friend’s house. I had the car towed to Tesla Service Center in Buena Park, which was close to where I was staying. They estimated about $1500 for diagnosis, and by January 7, 2026 they were able to identify and resolve the issue. Since I needed to drive back to Ohio, they asked to test drive the car for 50 miles, which they charged $100 for. During the discussion, they mentioned that a specific part might eventually need replacement and recommended fixing it once I returned to Ohio. However, since we would be driving through snow on the return trip, we decided to order the part and scheduled another appointment for January 16, 2026. Until then, they said the car was safe to drive but advised avoiding potholes with water. Before the appointment, I noticed the right front tire was rubbing against the mud flap, and there was also a loud creaking sound while braking. When I mentioned this during the January 16 visit, the team said the front right brake had worn down metal-to-metal, and they could not test drive the car safely. They recommended replacing the front brakes and rotors, and suggested the mud flap issue could be related to the suspension. The initial estimate for everything was about $2000. Since my main concern was the issue that could have caused the BMS warning and the mud flap rubbing, I asked them to focus only on those. That reduced the estimate to around $1000. I also asked why the brake issue wasn’t noticed earlier when they had driven the car for 50 miles. Their response was that the test drive was specifically for diagnosing the BMS error, and brake inspection was not part of that evaluation. Personally, I found that explanation a bit disappointing. In the end, they replaced the required part and fixed the mud flap issue, which turned out to be caused by moisture, and the final bill came to about $750. There was no suspension problem after all. Special thanks to Kevin and Shawn for being candid and transparent during the process, and also to the engineering team who ultimately fixed the issue. Pros -They solved the issue I originally brought the car in for -Provided a clear estimate before doing the work -Explained the repairs and diagnosis clearly Cons -Expensive (labor is about $275/hour, which adds up quickly) -They tend to focus only on the specific issue you report rather than proactively checking related components Overall, the issue was resolved, but the experience could have been smoother with a more thorough initial inspection.
