Tesla Service Buffalo

​I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience at the Tesla service center. I initially brought my car in to address a leaking brake line caused by corrosion after seven and a half years of driving in upstate New York, which the team promptly and effectively fixed. During the service, they went above and beyond by catching a defect in my high-voltage battery. They proactively replaced the battery for free under the 8-year warranty, saving me roughly $10,000! ​ I want to specifically recognize Ian, who was incredibly helpful and maintained excellent, clear communication throughout the entire process. The interim manager was also fantastic to work with. My car is now functioning better than ever, and I truly appreciate the thorough, transparent, and exceptional service from this team.

I had an issue that needed repair under warranty. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Upon arrival, Ian had a loaner car ready for me and had processed me through what we needed to do in about fifteen minutes. Your driver profile is uploaded to the loaner so all your info screen looks the same as your own car. It only took a day or two for my repair to be completed and I was happy with the outcome. The process was slick; your car connects to their wifi as soon as you get there and they can see what needs to happen immediately.

Service and communication is Top Notch here. They really pay attention and are aware of the customer's situation. Much better experience than several other local dealerships I have had experience with. Highly recommend.

Each time I was in for warranty work the staff was wonderful. Very helpful and knowable, went out of their way to make sure all items were address and more. You’ve never experienced this level of service at a traditional car dealer until you’ve been here.

A really great experience having my vehicle serviced here. There are techs and managers that have been with the company for a very long time and have experience with the many models and variations over the years and do a great job at meeting customer expectations. They deliver an exceptional level of service. Very recommended.
