Tesla Service Burbank

I thought I will be coming in tomorrow for the 2nd quote for wiper liquid Never spray even after I added water & I recalled I haven't used it yet bought for almost 2yrs. Also, tank has no water inside which you need to add water for a new car-really?! lol I added water & that was how I found out still nothing came out! After I verbally cancelled the 1st quote (below) & approved the 2nd quote I just checked now they've changed my schedule to another week WTH!!! I'm guessing because I did not approve the 1st quote that originally for $140 & he changed it to $750 WHILE I was talking on the phone to this person that changed the price right there & then immediately shown on my App LOLOL!! The problem was the driver side next to window button has a few small bubbles or deteriorated looks like. They claimed it was cleaning chemicals which I only had 2 full-service carwashes within the 1.5yrs & mostly Express Wash (total 3 months). It's very frustrating when service request review is still pending & attempt to make a few calls that waited for 30 minutes on the last one which finally someone is picking it up! The Montebello location (was thinking to go but sounded worse!) still have to wait a week for the service too! Like a gentleman mentioned on his review, "Looks like Telsa is trying NOT to cover your services & finds ways to avoid as much as possible!"

I have had my Model X serviced at Tesla Service Burbank three times, and each visit has reinforced my confidence in the team. Every time, the technicians have gone beyond simply completing the scheduled repair. They thoroughly inspect my vehicle, install any necessary updates, and make sure everything is operating at its best before returning it to me. When I drive away, my car genuinely feels brand new again. After three separate visits, I can confidently say this level of service is not a coincidence. It is clearly the standard they hold themselves to. I truly feel that the technicians care for my vehicle as if it were their own, and that level of pride in their work is something I deeply appreciate. As an African American, I am especially aware of the quality of customer service I receive. Like many people, I have experienced situations where the service felt rushed, indifferent, or less attentive than it should have been. I have never experienced that at Tesla Service Burbank. During each of my three visits, I worked with a different customer service representative, and every one of them provided an exceptional experience. They didn't just answer my questions. They anticipated them. They communicated clearly, showed genuine empathy and concern for my vehicle, and provided personalized support that made me feel valued as a customer. Excellent technical work gets a car back on the road. Exceptional customer service earns a customer's trust and loyalty. Tesla Service Burbank consistently delivers both, and that is why I can recommend them without hesitation.

Dropped off my car at 2 o’clock picked it up at 6 PM before I dropped it off. I showed them the side mirror and said it was broken and needed to be fixed and I told them that my wedding ring went in the console and it disappeared. They were going to disassemble it and give me the ring back along with changing the windshield wiper and rotating the tires. The car sat in the shop for four hours while I waited in a nearby location waiting for them to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. No notifications were sent. No one called me to tell me the car was ready. I showed up at 6 o’clock to see what happened with the car they said everything was fixed and they couldn’t get the ring out. The side mirror was not fixed thinking they said that they didn’t know if I wanted it to fix that it needed to be replaced, but no one called me. No one told me anything about it. I just sat around for four hours, and I really don’t believe them when they said they opened up the console and they looked for the ring beyond upsetting that I had to wait four hours for the car with absolutely no notifications and the response was oh sorry, I’m very frustrated at this point

I recently visited the Tesla Service Center in Burbank and had an outstanding experience. Matthew handled my vehicle intake, and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and welcoming attitude. He greeted me with a smile, took the time to answer my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What stood out even more was watching Matthew interact with other customers while I was in the waiting area. He treated everyone with the same level of patience, respect, and genuine care. It’s rare to see someone consistently provide such excellent customer service to every person they encounter. Because of the positive impression he made, I felt compelled to write this review. Tesla is fortunate to have an employee like Matthew representing the company. Thank you, Matthew, for your exceptional service and for making customers feel valued and appreciated.

Thanks Armen. I didn't officially have an appointment... again, but after an hour and 40 minutes trying to download a routine software update, I went to the service center frustrated. Yes, you normally need an appointment, but there happened to be a lull in their foot traffic & 30 minutes later, I was updated and on my way. Another great experience here & it was all because Armen's commitment to excellent customer service. Thanks.
