My FSD stopped working. I scheduled a service straight through the app. Everything about my appointment was flawless and great communication from Adam. I was given a loaner while my car was in the shop. When the service on my was complete they let me know, parked it outside for me to pickup at my convivence and even charged it and filled my tires with air. It was after hours when the car was done and I was able to pick it up on a Saturday without any contact from the service team. Repairs were all made under warranty. This was my first experience with Tesla service so I don't know if this is Tesla thing or if it's a Centennial service thing.

Friendly and helpful staff in general but I’ve had an issue that is pretty frustrating. I picked up my Y and they waited to tell me until after i arrived at the dealership that the delivery team forgot one of my hub caps. Two weeks later, they sent someone to install a hub cap for me. Hub cap was faulty and had to take it off. I am still without a hub cap! It’s not the end of the world because they are mostly cosmetic, but it’s a bad sign if the delivery team is unable to deliver- and the service team is unable to service. Definitely avoid this location.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. First Tesla is like talking to an ai robot. The human part of their staff and customer service is lacking any normalcy. It's a corporate juggernaut not interested in human interaction or accomodation. I ordered a cyber truck back in February and they said it would be delivered in June. I told them to give me 30 days to get everything set in order because I was I the middle of a remodel. Anthony has absolutely terrible customer professional service. They didn't let me know when the car was arriving. They messaged me the day it arrived telling me to get it all in order immediately or they were going to give my car to someone else. They are shifty, pushy and shady. I am currently in a half million dollar remodel and they had zero care to do anything adults would expect in the modern world. Respect, communication, and customer service. I would not buy another Tesla alone on the fact that a car dealership (Tesla is direct) may not care, but at least they pretend to. Tesla doesn't pretend. They do not GAF. Just 5 days after picking up it finally started to rain and my windshield wiper failed and detached during normal, expected use. This is a clear factory defect and delivery oversight they attempted to charge me for this after I was 2 hours away In the mountains and had to drive around ALL day on a Saturday just to find a replacement part. Found it here at centenninial location. Upon arrival I ask where the part is. They guy shows me the part and then says I need to pay him 75$ for it. I was beside myself. After having wasted a whole Saturday on a defective wiper not being able to enjoy my day driving around for hours and then I arrive there and the staff just sucks. I had to install it myself because they are inept. I installed it myself and left immediately as I had spent 5 hours on this already. Then because I hadnt paid they called me and chastised me. I told them I wasn't going to pay for a part that flew off a brand new truck. An argument ensued and the conversation ended. There wasnt a single concern or apology from anyone except a guy at the Aurora location that was great. As of right now Tesla is still trying to charge me for the wiper. Caveat emptor.

I recently had my Model 3 serviced here for a sound concern, and the team was fantastic. They were proactive in identifying that I needed new tires but weren't pushy when I chose to handle that elsewhere. Communication was seamless through the app, and the touchless pickup process was incredibly convenient. Shout out to Adam, Dalton, and Brock for the professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I recently had the windshield replaced on my Model Y, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. I’ve heard mixed things about service in the past, but this was easily one of the most seamless vehicle repairs I’ve ever dealt with. The best part was the integration with the Tesla app. Scheduling the appointment took less than a minute, and being able to track the progress in real-time meant I wasn't left wondering when my car would be ready. Communication through the in-app chat was prompt and professional, and the service team at the center had everything ready to go the moment I arrived. The work itself is flawless—the new glass is perfect, and the calibration for Autopilot was handled during the same visit. If you’re looking for a low-stress, tech-forward way to maintain your car, this is it. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing glass work!
