Tesla Service Center

I had a great experience with Tesla Service. They were extremely busy and had a huge crowd, but Christine, Hazel, and Service Manager Amber went above and beyond to help me out. I was dealing with tire issues, and despite how busy they were, they found the time to get my car taken care of and finished. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Christine, Hazel, and Amber made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to the entire Tesla Service team for taking care of me!

They’re quick but unresponsive. Overall disappointed with the quality of care and attention. The impression is that of a team that is overworked and burnt out. It’s a clean space with few representatives. Coffee machine was out of cups. When asking messages during service through the app, none of the questions were answered. When addressing me in the app, name was misspelled. Not even a cursory inspection of the car was offered.

I was so so disappointed with the service experience at this location—very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM but arrived around 11:20 AM. I told the front desk that I wanted to add a filter change and some small fixes that day as well. I gave all my information, and she asked me to show her what I needed. She said everything was all set and told me to wait in the waiting room. I kept checking my app, which showed the car was in service with an estimated finish time of 4:30 PM—though they close at 5 PM. I wondered how changing just one tire could take that long. At 2:30pm I went back to the front desk, but she was busy with other customers. A guy asked if he could help me, so I gave him my information again. He told me they hadn’t started working on my car because they were waiting for my approval. I showed him my phone, which displayed that I couldn’t approve it because the service request was outdated. I told him I had been sitting there for three hours and asked why I hadn’t received any notification or phone call if they needed something from me. He said if I approved it then, I would only need to wait another 30 minutes. I said no and asked him to cancel my appointment.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recently purchased 2026 Tesla Model Y. Honestly, the car has been a complete nightmare. I have brought the vehicle to your service center multiple times, but the issues remain unresolved. Every time I get it checked, a new problem pops up. It feels like one endless issue after another.🥲😡

Huge thanks to Eli and the entire Tesla Service team for the amazing experience. Eli was extremely professional, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He answered every single question I had, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all the details about the service and the car. You can really tell he cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The whole Tesla Service experience was smooth, organized, and professional. The team treated me with respect, kept me updated, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely wants to help and goes the extra mile, but Eli absolutely did that. Thank you again to Eli and Tesla Service for the outstanding customer service. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had.
