Tesla Service Center

Have had a couple things done here and Lee, Christian and Karl have been an absolute delight to deal with! They are super responsive and accommodating - very personable and relatable as well! Definitely would recommend!

Very poor experience with repairs to our foundation series CT. The light bar that was supposed to come with the vehicle took over 10 months to be available. It was then installed very poorly. They did offer to redo the work but have been unwilling to provide any loaner vehicle. When I asked to reschedule for when a loaner would be available they obliged… however when appointment day came no loaner was available. They ensured me it would be done the next morning so we dropped off. Only to be told an hour later, that same day that they could not perform the repairs. I was told there was a recall that came out “that day” it was a new recall but it was from a few days ago. So no research or preparations are being made before a vehicle is dropped off. Big waste of my time for something that could have been done right the first time. They have also been quite short and rude with us when we drop off. And have given really no care or leeway to the issues we have had with the CT. (Out of pocket costs, tires failing after 20,000 miles, etc) A very “tough luck, it is what it is” type of attitude. Bad customer service. I have been to this service center quite a bit in the past and had great experience. But unfortunately it has gone down hill quite a bit here.

I had a 1:00 Service Appointment for a Seat Belt repair. I arrived a few minutes early following the instructions in my app. The drop off was seamless. I received several communications through the app and one last one saying my service was complete and the vehicle was ready for pick up. Overall an excellent visit.

I am an avid Tesla supporter and I LOVE their product. It’s awesome. There isn’t anything like driving an EV. Until you try it you just don’t know!! We decided to get Winter Tires on our Model S and we made an appointment. If you follow Tesla closely like I do you are well aware of Service horror stories!!! This was our 1st service appointment. The whole mounting 4 tires took 5 days. There was a LOT of story in the middle but ultimately there was a conflict and the Service Advisor and Service Manager treated me deplorably! (Concerned over damage to my vehicle.) That said, when I finally shoved my issue through to the ‘Regional’ (that’s a guess) Manager, he was what I would expect from a service center and of customer service! Depending on how this issue resolves I will update my review a star, but I can’t do anymore than 3 as things never should have gone the way they did in the first place regarding; length of time for the work, knowledge of product, respectful communication with the customer, and amount of time I’ve needed to invest to get an appropriate response to my issue. In the highly unlikely case that it turns out the damage existed to my vehicle before the repairs (apparently they have video footage of their shop which is smart imo,) my concern still should have been treated with diligence and respect immediately. Not only after I’ve had to climb the organizational ladder! EDIT: I reduced my review to one star. Tesla needs to take a serious look at how its service is conducted. People won’t tolerate this kind of service.

Thanks to your service technicians for fixing a flat tire on my Model Y. I thought I needed a new tire, and so glad you recommended patching which saved me a ton of $. Now all my tires will wear evenly. Plus I really appreciate you doing this without an appointment. Another great experience at this service location!
