Tesla service center

Went for dripping liquid under car they charge 360 diagnostic fee and told me probably wiper fluid. never ran pressure test or any test on fluid systems. it would have been under warranty so of course they failed to test. this is with me requesting this test during service and sending photos of liquid before service. They will avoid warranty work and even though they didn’t run diagnostic test they charged me for 96 min of diagnostic labor. They would not reduce or remove or simply run the requested test. If the test failed all work would have been covered and I would have paid nothing. Of course they refused to run it and literally quit responding on Tesla app when I asked repeatedly during service. Sent message to manager and it’s been a week with no response. Very nice facilities.

Best experience I have ever had at any vehicle service center ever. This is an amazing crew. Brandon, Kyle and Shy went above and beyond to help me and correct all of my concerns in my Cybertruck. Very helpful in setting up an appointment that worked with my schedule. They are great assets to this facility and Tesla. Top notch, excellent customer service. High attention to detail. Extremely knowledgeable about Cybertrucks and everything Tesla. Very impressed with their professionalism and their efficient performance. Very friendly and respectful. Excellent communication. The crew made sure I had sufficient complimentary charge for my 2 hour drive home without having to stop again. This facility reaffirmed my love for my Cybertruck and Tesla. Every other Tesla facility should learn from this crew. The waiting room is also very clean, seats comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Complimentary snacks/beverages. Beautiful facility.

I would leave much more than five stars if I could. Kyle at the front desk was absolutely awesome. Communicated very well throughout the entire time our vehicle was worked on. We drove from two hours away in this location was incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be utilizing this location for all of our Tesla service needs.

This is my first experience at the Tallahassee Tesla service center and I am impressed. A new owner came in with a bunch of questions, and Brandon, service advisor at the service desk, was patient and friendly. Some of the things the guy asked about including changing the key fob battery could have cost a lot more here, but Brandon was honest with him and didn’t oversell. He also did not appear offended by me offering advice to the man, and I’m a woman…so that further impressed me. The service was excellent and the price was fair. All I needed was the charge port door replaced following someone detailing my car and damaging it. They got me in and handled the repair professionally and quickly. I will definitely return if I ever need additional service.

These people here are very nice, I really wish I had the name of the 4-5 different employees I have dealt with here. I have come here two times for service and both times were excellent. As with anything you must be patient and considerate with the staff, and they seem to go above and beyond to try and help. As I arrived, the representative was checking in another car ahead of mine. I was very surprised when another employee offered to help her finish up the first car while she checked mine in. This showed me teamwork and a good culture at the facility. Good job to whoever is building the team at Tesla Tallahassee. I have had pleasant experiences both times. Well…, as pleasant as getting your car repaired can be I guess. I will be back here if my car needs servicing again. The parking lot, the service center, and the showroom are all very clean, new, and incredibly nice. Not nearly as crowded as other service centers I’ve been to. This location should be the baseline for all other locations to try and replicate.
