Please note that this is not a duplicate review. My husband and I both experienced difficulties and terrible service for the same scheduled appt. A little background: we have a 2014 Model S (have had it for 10 years and it's not retrofitted with any of the advanced AI/updates for current models) We have gone to many Tesla service locations across Houston and the customer service at all of them has gone downhill in the last 3 years. The issue: driver's side handle stopped engaging and opening. 1st request: We were told that the repair could be done as a mobile repair and booked it. I took off work to be available to have access to the garage in case of inclement weather. 2 hours after the alotted repair window, we received a message on the app that the technician would not make it (no specific reason was given) and we were asked to reschedule at a repair center. 2nd request: We received updates prior to the appt on July 17 2:30pm as normal. We asked if a loaner would be available if the job would take awhile. We were told it wouldn't take long. As the service person stated the job would only take 1.5 hours to be completed, my husband decided to stay. After 3 hours, I left work early to pick him up. WHEN I WAS 5 MIN AWAY, THEY ASKED IF HE WANTED A LOANER. Keep in mind he was already sitting there for 3 hours and that option was said to be unavailable. He declined since I had already driven to pick him up. Pickup: We went to pick up the vehicle around 2pm on July 18. Firstly, the service advisors were sitting in the guest seats when we arrived and had zero clue what was going on. Seriously, they couldn't find the record for our vehicle and once it was finally found, she said, "the key is in the console and you're good to go". Remember when I wrote above that our Model S is from 2014? That model only has a key fob. I asked if she was being serious, because if that's the case, anyone could have driven off the lot with the car. Her response, "oh no ma'am, we have it locked, it won't open." Bet, I told her to keep it "locked" and I'd go outside to get the fob. Spoiler alert, like all other vehicles these days, it was unlocked BECAUSE THE KEY FOB WAS INSIDE. Conclusion: No manager was available for response or repercussions for this extreme lack of knowledge of their vehicles or how to properly provide any service. 0/10 recommend Tesla service. We were asked at the completion of the visit how our experience was with our loaner...you know, the one we didn't get?? Ps. The door handle is fixed. No other issues with the car. Anyone want to buy a white 2014 Model S?

I had a great experience working with Nura in the Tesla Service Department. She was super helpful from start to finish and really stood out because of her attention to detail. She made sure everything was clearly explained and kept me updated throughout the process so I never felt left in the dark. What I appreciated most was how easy she made the whole experience feel. She was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled correctly. That level of customer support is rare these days. Big thanks to Nura for taking care of everything and making the service experience smooth and stress-free.

⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience with this Tesla Service Center on Westheimer in Houston. Customer service is extremely weak — messages through the app go unanswered, and it feels like no one is paying attention or taking responsibility. Communication is almost nonexistent. I paid around $150,000 for my Tesla Cybertruck, and I expected a much higher level of service and quality. On top of that, all of my hubcaps started breaking on their own, one after another, without any impact — which is very concerning. I brought my truck in for service, including installation of my lightbar, which was supposed to be included with the vehicle at no additional cost. Instead of a smooth experience, my vehicle was returned with interior damage. An overhead console trim panel (between the sun visors) was broken during the service, and no one mentioned it when I picked up the vehicle. I only discovered it myself later. As someone with years of experience working on vehicle interiors, I can clearly say this kind of damage happens from improper handling and lack of care. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers and returning a damaged vehicle without saying anything is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I expected much better from Tesla.

Absolute garage customer service. Not only did they refuse to give me a call to explain the service which i requested three times. I get home and see fresh rim scratches. It’s a brand new rim. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE CENTER.

I want to take a moment to recognize Nikki Fuda the Regional Manager and her team for truly turning my experience around. After having multiple frustrating visits to another service center where the same issue was never properly resolved, I was honestly hesitant to bring my vehicle back in again. Each prior attempt left me disappointed and questioning the quality of service I had come to expect from Tesla. Having to take 3 trips back to back across a week span and multiple appointments for this issue left me exhausted and discouraged. That all changed once I came to this location. From the moment I reached out, the advisors and techs were attentive, professional, and genuinely determined to make things right. Upon my arrival they treated me with nothing shorter than top tier treatment. Greeting me on arrival, reviewing my issue with me and making it very clear what to expect. Putting me into a loaner despite not needing to and even holding my baby when moving car seat over (haha). The team handled everything with care and precision, and the difference in quality and communication was night and day compared to my previous experiences. Thanks to their effort and follow-through, my truck finally looks and feels the way it should. Everything was taken care of perfectly, and I left feeling valued and heard as a customer. This experience completely restored my confidence in Tesla service — truly a 10/10 experience all around. The service was so good, I didn’t feel like I deserved it. Can’t wait to come back!
