Tesla Service Cincinnati

I scheduled service specifically for an AC system failure in my Tesla S 2015. I was assured verbally and in the app that the 12V battery replacement ($430 estimate) was the root cause and would fix the AC. Based on that representation, I approved the work. Later, another $323 was added under the assurance it would fix the AC. After $664 in work, my primary complaint was left unaddressed that my AC is blowing warm air and I was told I needed an additional $3,500 compressor. I declined all repairs given the age and value of the vehicle. Its a misdiagnosis and unauthorized incremental approvals based on inaccurate information for the work they performed and charged me $664 and still my AC not fixed.

The service advisor I believe his name was Jay was super helpful I was confused and he walked me through everything made the process super smooth and simple. Very patient guy

Love the new location! While the whole team is great, Steven is the real standout. I’ve had terrible experiences at other service centers, but Steven is knowledgeable, sincere, and truly cares. If it wasn't for his professionalism, I simply would not have purchased my second Model X or my Cyberbeast. I drive an extra hour to come here... ENOUGH SAID!
