Tesla Service Colorado Springs

Paid over $5,000 for new wheels and tires and, apparently they come without center caps. Looks awful without caps as I can see rust.

Trash service. Slow, bad communication.

Great cars. Terrible customer service. 1. Their trade in offer was WAY below the average local offers. No wiggle room. They told me is was competitive even though it was thousands less. Yea, Ok... 2. Do NOT assign the tax credit to Tesla. I did this on a previous Tesla and they did not give it back when I was offered a buy back offer due to the model 3 I had being a lemon. The buyback was worse than a carmax offer because they dont include the pocketed the 7500 federal tax credit. Very dishonest practice. 3. Communication. Its impossible to get ahold of someone at this location by phone. They promise to call you back but never do. Your call gets routed to their call center which is pretty much useless.

Had to have my Tesla towed here for replacing a tire. I figured Tesla would be the most capable of replacing a Tesla tire... well they bent 3 of the spokes on my rim so they won't go back into place. They were also about as filthy as you could make them with some kind of brown substance. We were told to fill out a form online and that got us no where. I would not choose to go here unless I absolutely had to.

My experience with tesla is horrible, they claimed tesla owners save money on gas!! What about your terrible services? At 75k miles ac is not working, at 80k basically nothing working inside no chargers no heat, no turning signal except the control screen! Nothing covered, bring it in would cost you more than 100$! I will never buy tesla car after I'm done with this one!!! Tesla is scam!
