I've never had so many issues just getting a car serviced. I will never again own one of these.

Horrible customer service at this service location. They scheduled my service for windshield replacement. Canceled my appointment at the last minute stating that they could not accommodate. I made plans for this to be able to occur as I live 90 miles away. The service rep on the phone was rude and not helpful. I am a new Tesla owners vehicle only 2 weeks old. Also had Cyberteuck test drive planed for tomorrow. Now that will not happen with this type of customer service.

AMAZING experience! Walked in to have them check my tire and was greeted with the best customer service! Brett was SOOOOO helpful and took care of everything I needed. Highly recommend Tesla service @ Easton!

Had a quick visit to repair a TPMS sensor and get new tires. Everything was seamless and through the app. The service lounge was way nicer than I was expecting.

This service center is always booked out ~3 weeks, but once you finally get your car in for service, they do an excellent job.
